This location is somewhat new, so the building is nice, but service can be oddly slow - especially when there are 4 employees working, 1 worker on drive through, and 1 customer in the store (me), waiting/standing around for service. Operation needs stronger guidance and leadership.
I have came here since they opened. They go through different employees very often. Seldom, do I ever see the same person again. I will say my last experience in the drive thru, Amir was so great! He had excellent customer service skills. Dunkin needs to get him a coat because he was freezing!!
First time there, been living in woodbridge more than 20 years! Very convenient like 5min from my house. Food very fresh , bagel well toasted not soggy. Also fresh coffee, not burnt or tasting bitter. Staff very efficient also. Appreciate it! Did call and spoke with a lady Manager , sorry not good at names; she did give it to me. Also very kind! Thany you all! Blessings 🙏🏼 keep it up! 😁
