Wow I found my Mexican restaurant...so wonderful...thank God! Wonderful customer service from Lorena and Daniel! I initially came and got a lunch tacos to go and it was awesome. so I came back to have breakfast and it was absolutely wonderful as well beautiful in here relaxing music... the tone is just right. AND HATS OFF TO THE COOK! I got the webos Rancheros and they made it to my liking scrambled as asked...AND THE PANCAKES WERE AWESOME TOO!! When I said it was too cold they fixed it immediately. I felt like I very respected and loved! As a professional singer I always look for places as well for my clients and this would be one of them...thanks so much!

I’ve been coming to El Charro since 1994, and it’s my favorite restaurant in Woodbridge. I live overseas now, but I look forward to eating there whenever I’m in town. If you’re vegetarian, ask for arroz con pollo without pollo- just veggies. It’s been my go-to for the last 15 years or so. So good!!

I'm not sure what happened, but the food has really gone downhill, this used to be our once a week go to for the past 20 years and I think I am officially done with this place. Sad to see.

Food lacks flavor and the salsa was too watery. However, with food quality being sub par, their margaritas did not disappoint!
I have been a customer here since 2015 and will no longer go there. The arroz con pollo barely has any chicken in it and last straw is the taco salad I ordered last night. They used shredded lettuce. The salad once mixed was mushy and had the texture of a bean dip. To top it off the margaritas taste watered down.

They don't have a bar but plenty of booth spacecomplementary chips while you decide on one item out of many (delicious menu) - went with the chicken burrito lunch special - it did not disappointThought the brown beans could have been thicker but just my preferenceOverall perfect
