I feel like whenever it is a to go plate. They need to have the containers that have the individual section not pallet all into one container and I thought when you get the brown stew chicken that rice comes with that but I guess not. This is my first time trying this Jamaican

I am totally appalled by the service that I had today. I came in because I really enjoy the food but the Hispanic woman named IDA ( I don’t even know if that’s her name) that takes orders and serves the food is disgusting, and rude .I normally do not act out of character, but the things that she said to me, I probably will not be coming back to this location. I probably will only come back if she is no longer there. I asked to speak to the manager and her daughter comes out of nowhere and says “that’s my mom”. “I don’t have the managers number it’s on the website, I don’t have the managers name”. So why are you here if you have no information of management? Also why was a child running ramped all through the store, like what is really going on? Is this a daycare too? IDA yelled at me multiple times. These are the type of people that you don’t want at the face of your business.

Wow the oxtail is amazing! I can definately keep returning back for more. My only criticism is the amount of actual oxtail. At least in my platter there was very little to enjoy (2 tiny pieces without meat and 2 medium sized with very little as well). I will definately take that as just a one time concern, so it won't stop me from returning. Also very friendly and personable service!!!

Food wasn’t that good. Curry chicken was basic with 4 small pieces of chicken. Jerk chicken wings was hard and dry and only gave 2 flats and all drums. Mac and cheese taste like it’s cooked with plantains and not very good. Beef patty was the best thing they had but I was only allowed to get 1 cause they didnt have anymore. The location and atmosphere is great as it is located in epic food hall. I would not try again.

The Food here is great! It's nice to finally find an authentic, reasonably priced Jamaican spot near me where the food is actually good! I personally love the beef patties, Oxtail and Jerk Chicken. Just a heads up the jerk chicken has a spicy kick to it, but it's still good!

First time trying. Young lady who took my order was very nice. I ordered the brown stew chicken, had a nice flavor with a little kick. Only down side was it was mostly bones not much meat on the bones. I'd give them another try and try something else.

What a great dining experience! Greeting was warm and genuine from the woman taking our order right off the bat. She answered any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for, with food and beverages.We expressed that we were traveling and she informed us that the seafood (we are pescatarian) is always made to order and takes a little time. Even with a few orders being prepared ahead of us the food was ready in great time! The food that we ate after driving a couple hours home without reheating it, was absolutely superb! There’s no way that I could go without leaving this restaurant a review because I was blown away at the impeccable service and plentiful, delicious food offered here at Jamaican Breeze! Can’t wait to visit again the next time I’m in Woodbridge, VA! This place is helping restore hope that excellent customer service still exists.Side note: I had the Curry Salmon with mac and cheese, peas and rice. Excellent tasting Jamaican food. Ackee and saltfish is offered every day! That, curry shrimp, curry goat, mixed vegetables, and cabbage stir fry were all excellent. There was a slight saltiness but it wasn't overpowering, it was near perfect. Everyone loved it. There was an issue with placing an order online and Phil was helpful and accommodating. Very much appreciated. The Latin or Hispanic lady working the counter one of the days said she didn't speak English but that was clearly not true after interacting with her more. That aside, the customer service from Phil was top notch. That, in addition to the taste of the food, sent me back for more meals. The in-person customer service the second time was much better. The portions are large and I didn't experience an overwhelming amount of rice and beans compared to vegetables. It was a nice balance. I hope the customer service and food remains high quality. I plan to visit again the next time I'm in the area. Order the oxtails with double white rice meal, the oxtails were well cooked and prepared when I opened the bag I could smell how good they are before I could even eat. They definitely give you more than enough oxtails in matter of fact more than I was expecting, I recommend this place if your in the area and I plan to come back and try other things on their menu.

I absolutely love this Place the food is always fresh and very well seasoned. I get the Oxtails literally so tender falls off the bone.
