I went to little Ceasars to pickup some pepperoni puff. I was there around five minutes and I inquired how much lower for them when one of the staff said in three minutes. 10 minutes go by, so I decided to ask for my money back. The supervisor/ manager was very rude because I wanted my money back. He was very brash when speaking. I asked him his name and he told me and began to spell it Giavonni. As if I don’t know how to spell. I will never do business with them again. There are two other pizza shops in walking distance with customer service from management team. I should have chose Pizza Hut or Padrinos pizza house. He clearly needs more training. I can’t wait to tell my friends of the bad service. My son was with and couldn’t believe he was the supervisor. Bad example for the staff.

The pizza is really good here. The staff is always so friendly and so helpful. There was a slight issue with my order.Probably because I miscommunicated. When they fixed it right away, no questions asked and got my order, right. Jefferson, the manager, there was so professional and so helpful and got it corrected for me. Honestly, every time I go there, the pizza is always on time and it's fresh and it's hot.I never really have any issues. Great service with a great staff and great management.Thanks to Jefferson. I strongly recommend going to this location

found a hair while chewing and though it was hard cheese… but pulling it out made me so disgusted and I even doubled checked if it was my hair but it was light brown…I have black hair. never again.
Walked in placed a order went to use a Be Our Guest FREE PIZZA and Alex the manager said we never seen those then he said we don't take those he's rude and ignorant he said its a different owner card clearly says this Little Ceasars then he said the New Owners said no to all free pizza doesn't matter where they came from I asked for the owners name and number he doesn't know who they are just Indian kind of people WOW !!! The cashier was no help as he just acted dumb ? I guess don't go there and waste your money, I even ended up returning the pizzas that I had to paying for because they wasn't correct and didn't want to return my money either

This location used to be great but over the past year the quality has gone down. So much so I called the store after ordering an Extra Most Bestest Cheese Pizza. I told them the last 3 that I ordered had very little cheese and I am paying for the most cheese. The person on the phone said he will ask them to put more on it. When I picked it up, nothing changed. He said the owner told them to use less to make more profit. At least he was honest. I told him to tell the owner that it's a shame that I have to add cheese to an extra most bestest cheese and heat in my oven to have enough cheese on it to qualify as an extra cheese pizza. I said they should just charge for a regular cheese pizza since we barely get enough to call it a cheese pizza. I'll go to Pizza Hut in the future for a cheese lovers.

I made a purchase at this restaurant but encountered something quite ridiculous. There are restroom signs for men, women, and disabled individuals clearly displayed on the wall. Naturally, I assumed the restroom was for customers. But the door says 'Employees Only.'
When I asked about it, they told me the restroom is not for customers. I pointed out the signs, and they said, 'We put those up ourselves just for decoration.'
Putting public restroom signs on a door that customers aren't allowed to use is misleading and disrespectful. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable for a business.
I wish they would bring back pretzel pizza.
