Fries were undercooked and no salt at all. Burger buns were stale. Soda was too sweet, too much syrup. Hopefully this location was just having a bad day because WOW! Service was quick though

I had a bad experience with one employee at this McDonald’s. I was already inside the store, but when I opened the door for another customer, the employee told me to go outside and wait in the drive-thru we are closeed ,I explained that I came in before, but he refused to listen and spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful way. Very unprofessional behavior., pls teach him how to do good customer service!!!!

Google said it would give me plus 5 bonus points to update my review so here it is. Absolutely nothing has changed. They seem to mess up the order regularly yet demand extra money for every little thing possible. I understand they are a franchise but if I ask for my sandwich to have no lettuce and no tomato, but then I also asked for Mayo, why are you charging me for mayo? The cost of the lettuce and tomato is part of the sandwich so removing them doesn't lower the cost of the sandwich, but by adding mayonnaise it then jacks the price up a dollar? I could buy an entire container of mayonnaise for a dollar Jesus.... why is it that I'm allowed to have a sandwich anyway that I want but I'm forced to pay whatever you want regardless if it is fair or not...?!? . And I understand charging for the sauces they usually cost about 10 cents each and it ends up being a huge loss in the long run but they don't charge $0.10 for them they charge like 50 cents 4 them so even with those things that you gave away for free BEFORE you not only want to charge for them and run our pockets when you shouldn't need to, but then you double down and you even need to make a profit off of the sauce.... SMH You just kind of hope that somebody somewhere will do a job to some sort of satisfactory result.... but not anymore. If food costs go up and so does the cost of the meal that is understandable because McDonald's obviously doesn't want to lose its profits but why are the sauces going up when they were free?... cost sure come on that's fair, the prophet from a freebie just shows you don't care about us at all it's all about the prophet and you're not going to survive unless it's about both

I went here at 1:30 AM on a weeknight and the food was just as good as any other McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. In fact, it’s probably better than any other McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

Can only order at kiosk. Would not take card. Had to hunt someone to pay with credit card. Got order wrong. Would not correct. Poor human service.

We ordered in the lobby and it took us 37 minutes for then to acknowledge customers in the lobby and to ensure or order was correct. The kind lady that was cleaning the lobby was the only one that spoke to us. Oh yea and our order was wrong and cold afterwards. This is by far is the slowest service ever. It added a whole hour to our road trip.
And to the management, please to attempt to reply to this. Just please do your job better to fix it for future travelers!

No condiments, ketchup/hot sauce ask the cashier. No soda fountain, want a refill, ask the cashier. More napkins? Back to the counter. You literally have to ask for everything over the counter.
