I've complained several times about them pulling fries before cooking timer completes. Need to start cooking fries all the way thru. Stop forgetting to add ketchup an napkins at times in drive thru

Last time I went with my grandson, the tables were all dirty and. I asked for a cloth to clean where. I was going to sit to eat and an employee answered me rudely and made me feel bad. I will never go to that MacDonald again.

I asked for an order for delivery 11/26/24 at 11:95 pm my order came incomplete they did not send me straws for my three drinks I asked for nuggets and they did not send me sauces and the most important thing is that I was missing a sandwich and it's not fair you know How much does it cost to order a delivery and that McDonalds doesn't do their job well? I'm very angry. I won't order from this McDonalds again because the truth is, it's like the third time they've done the same thing to me, it's not fair.

Literally the slowest McDonald’s ever!!! Every time I go there in their drive thru, they tell me to park and then they make me wait there for 10-15 minutes which is crazy. They never have the food ready and always send you to park. I’m not recommending it to anyone never, the worst McDonald’s ever! Another problem with them is that most of their managers can’t even speak English like the other day I had a problem with my mobile app and the lady called her manager to help me but she could not even understand what I was telling her and then said something like “yeah I don’t know” and that was it.

Service is extremely slow. They take your order and your money and have you park at a spot basically all the time. On top of that they take about an extra 10-15 to bring your order out. Defeats the purpose of getting fast food. Frustrating part is after you park you see multiple people go through the drive-thru, get their order and leave just makes no sense. Definitely need to improve their job flow.

This McDonald’s claims to be 24/7 but every night at after 1 they say systems are down and they are only accepting cash. As a customer this is very inconvenient. I really hope that someone becomes aware of this issue because I do believe it’s impacting the business at this particular area .

Unable to accept card or mobile order but will accept cash….then how are you taking the Oder if you would still have to use the system to enter in the items and price them with tax also? Overnight staff is lazy

I really dislike this McDonald's, especially their Breakfast service. They have made me late for at least 3 appointments taking 15+ minutes to complete an order. Even if I go inside to place my order, it is not faster than the Drive-Thru by any means. No one is attentive to customers waiting inside; they just expect you to use the kiosk and those kiosks? Let me tell you - they are terrible. I spent almost 10 minutes this morning just trying to order from one and it won't let you fully complete your order (You try to add the drink, it won't let you select anything).
Previously, the even tried to decline one of my "Buy One Sandwich, Get Another Free" coupons, saying that I can only use it at the McDonald's it was from. Uh, that McDonald's ALSO had poor service so why go back? I won't be going back here either as they left off my Hotcakes and tried to say it was because I didn't select the Hotcakes addition on the crappy kiosk.
This is why people prefer Chick-Fil-A regardless of their homophobia and pro-life nonsense. Waste of time and money.
