I've complained several times about them pulling fries before cooking timer completes. Need to start cooking fries all the way thru. Stop forgetting to add ketchup an napkins at times in drive thru

I asked for an order for delivery 11/26/24 at 11:95 pm my order came incomplete they did not send me straws for my three drinks I asked for nuggets and they did not send me sauces and the most important thing is that I was missing a sandwich and it's not fair you know How much does it cost to order a delivery and that McDonalds doesn't do their job well? I'm very angry. I won't order from this McDonalds again because the truth is, it's like the third time they've done the same thing to me, it's not fair.
Literally the slowest McDonald’s ever!!! Every time I go there in their drive thru, they tell me to park and then they make me wait there for 10-15 minutes which is crazy. They never have the food ready and always send you to park. I’m not recommending it to anyone never, the worst McDonald’s ever! Another problem with them is that most of their managers can’t even speak English like the other day I had a problem with my mobile app and the lady called her manager to help me but she could not even understand what I was telling her and then said something like “yeah I don’t know” and that was it.

Service is extremely slow. They take your order and your money and have you park at a spot basically all the time. On top of that they take about an extra 10-15 to bring your order out. Defeats the purpose of getting fast food. Frustrating part is after you park you see multiple people go through the drive-thru, get their order and leave just makes no sense. Definitely need to improve their job flow.
