Almost all of the mangers CAN NOT speak or understand English which is crazy because whenever you have a complaint about your order that they messed up, they do not understand you.

Absolutely terrible service from this McDonald’s on Dale Blvd. Went there at around 7 o’clock to get two meals and they told us to park our car at parking spot number 1. I asked them how long will my order take? The lady told me it will not take more than 5 minutes, but guess what? I was waiting there for 25 minutes and no one came out to give me my order. Absolutely ridiculous and outrageous m. People go to McDonald’s because it’s a fast food NOT slow food. It’s literally the same case all the time. They tell you to park and then take a very long time.

It’s a McDonalds. Reliable for clean bathrooms and food - you know what to expect which is exactly. This location has an o it door playground which is a nice bonus! Anthony was at the pay-here window at the drive through and was super friendly and left me with a smile on my face!

They cool but don’t place no pick up orders here they be so confused and lost about it . They’ll clear both drive thru line and counter before you get your order. Mind you nobody acknowledges you , you gotta flag somebody down for a confused response. Currently waiting 15 minutes just for 2 caramel macchiatos lol

I’m here on a trip, the food was mid, the line for the drive through was fine, but one thing is they take abnormally long, this might just be cause of the time, but another thing to add is they tend to get your order wrong very frequently. I went another day the same week and they got my order completley wrong, Overall a bad experience. Just go to another restaurant nearby

I want to give a huge shout-out to Adwoa at this McDonald’s. She is absolutely exceptional at her job and deserves to be recognized. The drive-thru line here is usually extremely busy, but Adwoa handles it with such professionalism, speed, and a genuinely sweet attitude.
She is always polite, helpful, and makes customers feel valued no matter how hectic it gets. You can tell she cares about doing her job well, and her positivity truly makes a difference. Thanks to her, this McDonald’s feels more welcoming and organized, and she has really helped turn this location around.
I truly hope her managers see how amazing she is — employees like Adwoa make all the difference. If every fast food worker had her dedication and kindness, the world would be a better place. She deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service!
I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at this McDonald’s location as a delivery driver. Dashers are often left waiting far too long with no communication or assistance from the staff. While regular customers are helped quickly, delivery drivers are completely ignored—even when orders are already prepared and just sitting behind the counter.
There’s no clear process or priority for handling delivery pickups, and asking for help is met with attitude or dismissal. It’s incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete lack of respect for the people helping to keep their business running.
If you rely on delivery services, I would think twice before supporting a place that treats its delivery partners this poorly.
