HORRIBLE. Worst McDonald’s in Woodbridge, VA when it comes to wait time and just the ability to take a simple order.
This McDonald’s is honestly impressive as they seem to always be swapping staff and management and yet they consistently provide customers with longer then average wait times, cold food, messed up orders, etc.
If corporate cares. Please take the time to restructure the location and place competent staff and instill better quality practices. I have truly reached a point of frustration that I had to leave a bad review.
This happens way too often for a McDonald’s that covers a busy intersection and is 24/7. Disappointed but not at all surprised.

I ordered 5 unsweet teas and received 5 sweet. I didnt fuss. I immediately ordered 4 more unsweet teas. I received 4 sweet. Im pissed now. Doordash deli ery is expensive and my mother and I order everyday because we're both elderly and disabled and unable to leave the house. The manager Chris said I checked the teas and both tea urns are sweet by accident, my apologies. I said ok cool can you send me some unsweet tea please? Chris said no, call doordash for a refund. And thats it. Im screwed, were both diabetic and he thinks I will take a chance on receiving 4 or 5 more sweet teas. And pay for it again. No way. Taco bell delivers and maybe they can read and get it right. Mcdonalds has really poor service for the prices they charge. They are so many options out here in woodbridge virginia.

I moved to the area about two years ago and have visited this McDonald's regularly ever since. Having been to many locations across the country, I can confidently say this is the best one I’ve experienced. The food is always hot and fresh, my orders are consistently accurate, and the staff is genuinely friendly. Keep up the great work!

arrived at this McDonald’s at 3:56 AM. The location is advertised as 24 hours, and they served the car in front of me with no problem. But as soon as I pulled up, they told me “we’re closed.” If you’re not actually open 24/7, don’t advertise it. Very unprofessional and a waste of customers’ time.

Almost all of the mangers CAN NOT speak or understand English which is crazy because whenever you have a complaint about your order that they messed up, they do not understand you.

Absolutely terrible service from this McDonald’s on Dale Blvd. Went there at around 7 o’clock to get two meals and they told us to park our car at parking spot number 1. I asked them how long will my order take? The lady told me it will not take more than 5 minutes, but guess what? I was waiting there for 25 minutes and no one came out to give me my order. Absolutely ridiculous and outrageous m. People go to McDonald’s because it’s a fast food NOT slow food. It’s literally the same case all the time. They tell you to park and then take a very long time.

It’s a McDonalds. Reliable for clean bathrooms and food - you know what to expect which is exactly. This location has an o it door playground which is a nice bonus! Anthony was at the pay-here window at the drive through and was super friendly and left me with a smile on my face!
