What I ordered I did not get. It was a delivered order. I've tried calling but always busy I would like someone to correct this for me.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. On September 1, I placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10:06 AM and arrived at the restaurant at 10:15 AM. When I reached the intercom, I provided my mobile order code as requested. After waiting approximately fifteen minutes in line, I was told at the window that my order was not available and that I should have placed it before 10:30 AM.
This was incorrect, as my mobile order receipt clearly showed it was placed well before 10:30 AM. Not only was my order not prepared as expected with a mobile order, but I was also instructed by the manager to come inside and place a new order. This defeats the purpose of using the mobile ordering system and caused unnecessary inconvenience.
I believe this situation reflects poor service and a lack of proper process at this location. I hope management addresses this issue, as the current approach to mobile orders is unacceptable.

The staff were the rudest people I have ever met in my entire life. The ice cream sundae I ordered wasn’t even halfway full and the fudge was basically nonexistent. After politely telling them to fix it, the rude staff took the ice cream back with bad attitude and slammed her window. Like what happened to common decency and respect? Safe to say, this is the last time I will be going to McDonald’s in my life as this experience officially ruined it for me.

The McDonalds on Mapledale Avenue in Dale City, VA has the worst service, the food is always cold, drinks are not filled, employees are not friendly and most cannot speak English or very little, they get your order wrong at least half of the time. The wait in the drive thru and inside is terrible. I personally have even that location multiple tries hoping it was one off, but it wasn’t and seems like it just gets worse so I will not go to that location again, not worth the over priced food or terrible service. Recommend the owners of that location learn how to manage and operate a business and do a better job with hiring and training its employees. Most McDonalds in my opinion aren’t great with customer service anymore, nor do they take pride in what they serve, but this one in my opinion is the worst I have experienced.

They focus too much on drive through they forget the dining area it looked chaotic I waited 25 minutes to get my food inside next time I will just do drive through good customer service but they are a bit slow It has always happend to me at this location

I ordered table service... After waiting 20 min. I went up to the counter because machine didn't give me a receipt.... They still didn't have my order ready, but she gave me a receipt. They are very slow and unorganized. I finally got my table service after almost 30 min. Lol... Not fast food
