Ordered online pick up. Was at this location at 10:22 pm. Doors were locked. Door said closes at 11pm and drive through closes at 12:00. I asked the staff if this was normal. They stated because short handed. They stated they are always short handed and always close handed he dining area at 10pm. Very unsatisfactory and very misleading. Mobile order should be fast in and fast out. Having to wait at the drive through to pick up defeats the purpose of mobile orders

"Walked into the store, not a soul in sight except the staff. Placed my order and figured it’d be smooth sailing. Nope. My food’s (1 Happy Meal) took toooooo long. Now, another guy’s waiting, and a whole squad just walked in. The manager? Oh, she’s living her best life on Facebook, back turned to the counter like it’s her living room.
Meanwhile, she has the nerve to snap at the poor girl working hard to keep things afloat. I had to step in and tell the girl, ‘Don’t let her talk to you like that, especially when you’re doing all the work while she’s scrolling through cat memes!’
When my food finally comes out, she has the audacity to ask if I complained about her. Ma’am, don’t ask me questions—just do your job! Now the place is packed, and everyone’s waiting because she was too busy being unbothered earlier. Customer service? More like customer disservice!"

I go in. It's McDonald's a lot for breakfast. The attitude of a couple of the managers here like the one that's on duty. November 3rd at 5:40 in the morning is one of the rudest unpleasant people I've ever come across. You say thank you. Anything to her. Just get a look like just leave because she doesn't want to deal with you. I can't stand it when she's there. The rude treatments absolutely uncalled for.

Probably one of the slowest locations i've ever been to. The line just CRAWLS... So slow... Every. Single. Time. I go here there's at least a 10 minute wait, even if I pre-ordered and park in the curbside pick-up zone... But then you go inside and the cars you saw outside in the drive-thru are gone before you come back it, so either route you choose, it's never any good, or faster...
Food is decent, but not great. Other places are better, even within the same chain.

Hands down the slowest McDonald's in the area. Doesn't matter the time of day. Not sure if they're short in the kitchen but it's a 20-minute wait every time. Food's fine, but if you're in a hurry... this isn't the spot to come to.
