This Papa John’s (4814 Dale Blvd, Dale City, VA 22193) has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I called because my order was wrong, and instead of trying to help, the employees were rude, dismissive, and passive-aggressive. When I asked for a manager, I was transferred to the general manager, Alison, who was even worse. She was rude, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to fix their mistake. I paid for a more expensive pizza and was given a cheaper one, yet they refused to take responsibility or make it right. The lack of accountability and disrespect from both the staff and management at this location is unacceptable. I’ve been a frequent customer, but after this experience, I’ll never order from here again and will be contacting corporate about how badly this was handled.

everything was good, except one of the pizza slices had a strand of hair melted into the pizza so I didnt notice until i took a bite and that was a bit off putting.

. When I first walked in, one of the workers there looked at me, and announced me as if he knew who I was and laughed. That definitely makes someone feel like you did something to their food. I quickly got a refund and left, because why would you announce me so everyone else knew I was there, when all you knew was my name, and I’ve never been to this location before. If you get a stomach ache, now you know why. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate.

Delivery person came to my door saying he wasn't tipped but I tipped on the order. Show me a bs receipt wouldn't give me my pizza until I tipped him.
My food is always hot and on time !! The drivers and very pleasant and are smiling . Thank you for an awesome experience every time .

So fun for the corporation to totally screw over a store. Trying to order online deals only available with delivery. Not delivery over the phone only delivery online. Then the deal take $5 off. Guess what delivery costs? Oh! And, can't get the deal with pick up. Hey, Papa Johns as an entire business. ?? It's really unfortunate that these large businesses KNOW people are struggling and they dgaf. Shame on you. So glad you've been able to dot your is and cross your ts.

Ordered a Papadias, it was my first one. Good. But the reason for the review is the individual that helped me is a superstar! I don’t know if Alison could tell I was having a horrible day, but I was. Her bright, professional and cheerful attitude was refreshing. I am not sure if I will ever be back in this area, but if I am I am definitely stopping in to get some good food but more than that to be helped by an amazing person. Keep up the good work and know that you helped someone through a garbage day. 5 stars to Alison!
