Ordered a Papadias, it was my first one. Good. But the reason for the review is the individual that helped me is a superstar! I don’t know if Alison could tell I was having a horrible day, but I was. Her bright, professional and cheerful attitude was refreshing. I am not sure if I will ever be back in this area, but if I am I am definitely stopping in to get some good food but more than that to be helped by an amazing person. Keep up the good work and know that you helped someone through a garbage day. 5 stars to Alison!Parking: Only four spots in front of store but plenty along the street side parking in front of the laundry mat.

My order was burned, meaning not well done. I spoke with the manager Adrian and he acted like it was no big deal about my garlic knots being burned. He replaced my order.However when I was standing in the restaurant waiting for my replacement order. I noticed the pizzas coming out of the oven and they to were burnt.I said to the manager you might want to turn the oven temperature down because, all those pizzas were burned, crispy dark brown burned.The managers response was " Oh those are well done" and I said oh really, so what do you call these, I then opened the box of my burned knots.He said truthfully I can't tell you what happened to these.
we ordered two over priced pizzas and they were awful!! will never order again from papa John's our pizzas sucked

Ordered a large pepperoni and pineapple pizza and first off it wasn’t cut and 2nd I paid for extra dipping sauces but didn’t receive my sauces so I paid for sauces that I didn’t get. So irritating when you pay all that money and the crew isn’t competent enough to follow simple instructions on what the customer is paying for
