Spent 20$ on 12 wing meal and the fries were soggy and old. The wings had little to no seasoning on them and they gave us a drink without a straw. Very expensive gross meal.

Usually the staff here is pretty nice and always gets my orders right. Today, the man at the counter snatched my incorrect order from my hand when he realized he mistakenly gave me a small right rather than a large. It's not the biggest deal in the world, and I realize it's popeyes, which is not known for their exceptionally nice customer service, but he treated me like I was such a huge inconvenience. He was super rude for no reason. I've worked in customer service so I know how crappy it can be sometimes, but if a customer is not being rude, there is no reason to be rude to them.

Went here late night, about 30 min before closing. Drive thru only, service was OK, but they were out of a lot of food. Can't judge them too harshly given it was after midnight on a Tuesday and they were getting ready to close.

THANK YOU TO PERLA and her location manager for helping us!!! I just had an incident where I ordered from the Popeyes app and asked for my food to be delivered. The DoorDasher picked up my food but spent 30 minutes arguing with me over where the front of my building was, even though I came down stairs AND sent someone to go find him. We eventually had to come into the location, HANGRY, and very pissed at the Dasher Omar. I appreciate the staff in location for helping me. 5 stars to the team!!
