We did not get to eat here due to exceptionally rude customer service. My daughter and I went here late at night on a weekday. There were no customers inside and no cars in the drive-through. My daughter asked for an item that I didn't see on the menu and so I asked if they had it. The employee's reply was a terse, "Yes." I asked if it was the same price as a similar sandwich and, again, the curt, "Yes."This took all of about 90 seconds, and then I needed to decide on what I was eating. Having only eaten at one Popeye's before, around seven years ago, I asked for a minute to decide. The employee began to repeat over and over that they, "have a limited time drive-through." She kept cutting me off and would not even give me 10 seconds to think. I pointed out that there were no other customers in the drive-through, and she just cut me off again. After this happened about five times in succession, we left, and they lost our business for good.I can understand having a time limit during busy times, or even if somebody is taking an exorbitant amount of time to order, but not allowing for even two minutes when there are no other customers? They are clearly not interested in staying open.

First question do these people have customer service training. I went through the drive thru as I had my child with me. I asked of certain things on the app could be ordered through drive thru as the app didn't allow me edit the mash potatoes. I asked the same question 3 times. Even asked if the person spoke Spanish in case it was a language, so I asked the same question. I was told I can order inside, I said no as I have a small child therefore me going through the drive thru. I then just asked if I order through the app and you guys rn know I'm about to order can you just make sure not to add gravy. The attitude I got was unbelievable. Then I was told I can't do an online order through the drive thru, there was no car behind me at the time. I said that's fine pulled around placed my order then got back into the line. The girl at the window didn't even look at me, no hello how are you, nothing, straight attitude. Maybe this branch should look into retraining their staff and how customer service should be as they get very upset with simple questions.

I honestly think it’s ridiculous that you guys have an app and that only certain restaurants have the scanner for the QR code. I went through the drive-through to try to redeem my rewards and they let me know I could not redeem it which is OK I understand then I proceeded to show them that I’d like to place an order at this point and use that in app code. The cashier had the audacity to ask me to go through the drive-through again when she could’ve taken my order through the window. I just think it’s ridiculous to be honest very terrible customer service. . This Popeyes always has bad customer service. I usually put up with it, but I just think it’s ridiculous to ask me to go through the drive-through again just to place an order to use my code. You literally could’ve just taken the order right then at the window, it wasn’t much for you to do.

Can't complain about the food. Whatever I got was good. My order was missing items that equaled to $10. Called right as soon as I got home, to only get voicemail. Left detailed info. No call back. Called 3 days in a row and left messages. No return calls what so ever. Why do they have a phone/voicemail??? Left a detailed message to corporate with no resolve.
