I always had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. The customer service was terrible— the ladies working there were extremely rude and unprofessional. They acted like they didn’t want to be there and made me feel like I was bothering them just by ordering food. There was no greeting, and they barely communicated. It honestly made the whole visit uncomfortable. I expect better treatment as a customer

I ordered a veggie wrap with American cheese, green peppers, spinach black olives, lettuce, and mayonnaise and I said remove tomatoes, remove cucumbers, remove onions. The wrap I got only included the saying that I said to remove. Whoever read my order and made my wrap needs to learn to read. I was very dissatisfied with my veggie wrap received took one bite. The rest is in the trash and I’m pretty sure the wrap may have had mold in it too.

The two Hispanic ladies were rude. They didn’t greet or have patience. When I asked what different kinds of breads do you have. She stared at me then I asked again and she pointed and walked away. The other lady added stuff to my sandwich when what I was saying was that the lettuce and spinach looked old and brown. They were not friendly or welcoming. I will never go back.

I always order online and mentioned to toasted my bread and cheese. They never tossed my sandwiches. They are worst. Do not order online.

The food was great. it just sucks they didn't add avocado to my number 7 Mexicali sandwich... disappointed I had paid for extra and got none... just double-check your orders before leaving, or you may be disappointed other than that food was great ?

Considering its past reviews this location has gotten better. I would have given 5 stars but some of my orders looked as if I owed the owner some money and they took some meat off to pay my debt. I can say that because on some days my subs are full….. I suppose it depends on the server. Also, I am not being unreasonable. For a sub called “The Monster” id expect what is in the description.

I went to the mapledale location before they close at 10 PM and I understand workers hate late arrivals but as a customer its frustrating that they lock the door before they even were supposed to close and then one of the workers came out and said that they closed because they only have two people working but it was literally empty there was no other customers there and so I said well if you were the owner of this establishment you wouldn’t be closed right now.
