They are closed. Looks like it went out of business. There’s a security guard in full body armor (flak jacket) and weapon standing outside in front of the Epiq Food Hall, where it’s located. This place feels unsafe.

Havent tried anything yet, Id love to but the service is awful. The first time i came i saw the lady at the register get up and leave. I ordered food from somewhere else and by the time my food was ready she still wasnt there. Waited a more for her to finally come back and the milkshake was sold out. I came another time and no one was at the register again. I waited about 15/20mins and just left.

Sigh… the ice cream here is phenomenal but the customer service flat out sucks! I think the young lady is purposefully trying to sink this business and it’s unfortunate. If you can get past the lady who clearly hates her job, you will have an enjoyable experience.5 stars for the ice cream and brownies2 stars (being generous) for the terrible service

It was so freaking yummy, the flavors were to die for and I don’t about anyone else the customer service was great they were so nice to us that even though we hadn’t planned to eat ice cream we got it for sure. A++ love and will be going again

literally the best vegan ice cream i've ever had in my life, i got the cookies and cream milkshake and my friend got the brownie sundae and it was so so good the brownie melted in my mouth and the milkshake was so DELICIOUS AND SMOOTH

Delicious desserts but TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered a drink and the lid was not closed all the way so the drink spilled on the counter and the floor. The worker (looking very unprofessional and not happy with a hoodie) looked annoyed and left us to clean it all up, even off the floor…. Will come back when the customer service gets better.

Inside Epiq Food Court, this place came as a pleasant surprise. One of a kind shop with vegan icecreams, icecream sandwich, smoothies, etc.
They just taunt you with the hope of vegan ice cream. My husband and I have tried to go here twice and each time nobody is there to man the counter. The place is clearly open, but the server is MIA. I wish this place worked - we would have loved to try it.

Hmmm, I am very mixed about this review because I haven’t yet tasted the desserts I ordered. I gave 3 stars with a combination of customer service and possibly that the desserts would be good.The service was mediocre at best. My pet-peeve is that persons waiting on others should at least use gloves or tongs. The person providing me service was finishing up someone’s order and had changed the gloves but had touched other items before using that same glove to pick up the customer’s dessert to place on the plate. Then when it was my turn, she begun changing the gloves (I had already requested)and then wanted to walk to the back to get a larger container. Really?! I had to ask that she change her gloves after she retrieved the container. Honestly, if I could have afforded to lose the money that I just spent on my order, I would have just left. Now that I have the desserts, I don’t even have a desire to eat them. I wasn’t greeted with a smile and had to remind the person waiting on me to change her gloves (with the hopes that only food would be touched) to pick up food. Hopefully the treats are better than the service.So….this is an update. I did end up trying the desserts. I purchased brownies, s’mores cookies, snickerdoodles, and another kind, maybe chocolate & peanut butter. I tasted a little of them all except the snickerdoodles. They were good. I warmed up the brownies and it was like warm chocolate cake.If this place would improve on their customer service & experience, they would actually be a 5 - star place. But the lack of good customer service will be their sword.

I'm always on the hunt for sweets. This place is vegan and full or desserts. Its a win-win. I ordered the smores cookie and the cookie butter cupcake. The cupcakes are huge and the cookies are inexpensive.Will return soon.

I am not a vegan but I do enjoy vegan food immensely. I was very excited to try this place when I saw it at Epiq Food Hall but was unforuntately not that pleased. I ordered an ice cream (I forget which flavor but I believe it was cookies and cream) and fruity pebbles cupcake. First, the cupcake: it was not fresh at all. The cupcake itself was dry and the fruity pebbles were soft. I asked for another to see if it just happened to be that one, and the second one was worse. I could tell it had been baked days ago and the container it was in was not keeping it fresh. Second, the ice cream: it was icy and not smooth. The flavor was good but the texture needed improvement.The staff were pleasant and helpful and were willing to exchange my cupcake when I wasn't satisfied.
