This was the worst experience of any waffle house I've had. I asked for lightly fried eggs with cheese and got hard half black eggs. My sisters had waffles that were half black and asked for them to be redone. They were good the 2nd time but when I received my waffle it was not cooked and runny. I asked for it to be replaced and the cook assumed I was the one that returned the 1st waffle and yelled she was not going to replace it because I had returned the 1st waffle that was burnt. Needless to say I didn't get a waffle. I will never return to this waffle house on Iron bridge road beside ample storage.

(DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS AN HEALTH INSPECTOR BEFORE I RECEIVED MY FOOD TWO ROACHS AT THE FRONT AT THE CASH REGISTER. Crawled on the table after I placed my order I immediately asked for an refund I even told the woman yall should close this place down for tonight its of course I was looked at like I'm crazy afterwards I did receive my refund please do not eat here if you value your health I promise you all this place is Infested. (Pay Attention if you don't believe me you will see something if u look hard enough)

Had the most horrible experience today placed an order in person and It took 4 people to figure out what comes in the cheesesteak hash brown bowl, what the price is for that and a T-bone and eggs. I go to run a errand (get groceries across the street) and come back and none of the food is ready because not one of the 4 waiters put in my order with the cook after I paid. What's worse is I see too of the waiters sitting down eating themselves. I asked for a refund but they won't give it to you. Only free Waffles to make the situation better which it does not. My partner does not like waffles and I did not want that at all today. So I just had to wait longer for the food when I was already in a rush and needed it on time that's why I placed the order before my errands. This was a practically empty establishment not even a shift change time which I'd understand as I have worked in many restaurants before. But for 4 people who held that check to write down the order and the price to not tell the cook is unacceptable.

Walked in and apparently they weren’t taking anymore tables until the next shift. That started at 9. We got there at 8:30. I’ve worked in food service before and never ever heard that before disappointing. 07/14/2023

Stood waiting for several minutes for somebody to say something when they finally did , they told me I could not place a takeout order, but I can eat in the restaurant. Not sure what the difference was. Cooking Food is cooking food. Not to mention, there was only like four people in there, there was actually more staff than customers. But it wasn’t the first time every time I go in there it’s an issue . When I have eaten there, they make you feel like you’re bothering them. This was my last try.
