Great as usual. Very kind and understanding staff. I brought my two kids and their friend, who made separate purchases with coupons and their own money. The staff was very nice and helpful.

ALWAYS GET YOUR RECEIPT AND CHECK YOOR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I PAID OVER $38 for $20 WORTH OF FOOD. I Ordered three meals at the drive-thru, did not receive one of the meals that cost me more than usual because I replaces the fries with a baked potato, did not receive a receipt. The guy at the window asked me if I wanted a receipt, and I said no, as my order is usually always correct. I did not notice that my food was missing until I arrived home 20 minutes later. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund. I was told they would call me back in 10 minutes, and they did not. My daughter called back again for me, the guy said the food is there, can I come back and get it, but I have already eaten leftovers. When asked for a refund on the missing meal, he said he cannot do it over the phone, I would have to return to the store. My grandmother recently passed away, and it has been a long week and a very long day, and I do not feel like driving the 20 minutes back to the store, and then another 20 minutes back home. When I asked if I could return tomorrow, he said another manager would be there. My daughter asked him if that manager could be informed of this situation, and he hung up.

So after a long day at my own job (night shift) I decided to pick up some food but the store goofed up my order. I decided to go back since it's right around the corner. I get there and explained that there was a slight goof and the manager (?) hooked me up with a fresh order and a little extra for the trouble. Great service and appreciate the extra food 😋

Went at 7am for breakfast. Woman I am assuming was the manager, she was in a blue button up shirt, wearing a headset. She was outside with a cook. She says to me, we're not open. I looked at the time and replied "it says you open at 730". She then raised her voice at me with a very nasty and yells "we're locked out, so we are closed" then proceeds to storm off. I understand things can go wrong but perhaps her behavior towards others need be addressed. One can never know the kind of day another person may be having. Her nastiness could have very well been the straw to beak this camel's back. Keep that in mind when deciding to take your problem out on others!

I had ordered some chicken nuggets. They got my order wrong. But when I confronted them they gave me the chicken nuggets for free. I will definitely come back

I paid for a Dave's double and received a single. I asked for a combo, and the young man was in such a hurry that he was billing me for just the sandwich. I explained to him again that I would like a combo, and he expressed his frustration and said pull forward. The whole crew acted like they were not interested in working there. The place was dirty and needed some cleaning attention. The reason they received 1 star was because they were fast. Albeit, it is because all the orders are only half of the purchase. They probably need to shut down and have a reset and hire people who actually want and need a job.
