Finished my food and had to use the restroom but it was in use then i see a employee knock on the door and it being unlocked the employee walks in with the one already in there staying inside whats the point of using your own work bathroom as another home bathroom someone please fix these workers way of thinking

I ordered a double stack, they gave it to me with bacon. I told them that I didnt want bacon. So instead of making me a new sandwich, they took the bacon off and tried to hide what they did under another piece of cheese. I went into to the store to express my concerns and as I spoke to the manager who I assume is Nereyda Damaris (based on my receipt) her employees stood in the background to laugh and mock me and what they have done. Bacon (Pork) isn't something that I dont order just because I do not like the flavor. They absolutely disrespected my religious beliefs and my religion as a whole. There is no telling how many other Muslims have suffered from this same lack of morality. I am highly disappointed

Disgusting, unsanitary, uneducated, poorly run building. Why does it take 20 minutes to get a takeout order I ordered an hour+ ago? Cold digusting result, can’t even have the bare minimum fast food decency of heating the food before hand??? Where’s the service, normal etiquette, does the boss ever visit here? Damn what a disappointment.

If I had a nickel for every time I ordered an orange Fanta and got an orange flavored Coke instead I'd have 2 nickels which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened TWICE! Don't offer orange Fanta from the fancy Coke machine if you're not going to give me orange Fanta.

Is it possible for the Area Manager to stop by here and tell these people to stopped texting on their phones and take orders from people that are hungry, it is very disrespectful when some is trying to place an order an the cashier want stop texting to take it. It's bad enough to have to keep explaining wat you trying to order and they don't understand English, how hire these people. Sorry Dave, your hard work in going down the day drain.

Great as usual. Very kind and understanding staff. I brought my two kids and their friend, who made separate purchases with coupons and their own money. The staff was very nice and helpful.

ALWAYS GET YOUR RECEIPT AND CHECK YOOR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I PAID OVER $38 for $20 WORTH OF FOOD. I Ordered three meals at the drive-thru, did not receive one of the meals that cost me more than usual because I replaces the fries with a baked potato, did not receive a receipt. The guy at the window asked me if I wanted a receipt, and I said no, as my order is usually always correct. I did not notice that my food was missing until I arrived home 20 minutes later. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund. I was told they would call me back in 10 minutes, and they did not. My daughter called back again for me, the guy said the food is there, can I come back and get it, but I have already eaten leftovers. When asked for a refund on the missing meal, he said he cannot do it over the phone, I would have to return to the store. My grandmother recently passed away, and it has been a long week and a very long day, and I do not feel like driving the 20 minutes back to the store, and then another 20 minutes back home. When I asked if I could return tomorrow, he said another manager would be there. My daughter asked him if that manager could be informed of this situation, and he hung up.
