I’ve been coming to this Wendys for years and never ever had a bad experience until this evening. There was an mis communication regarding my son’s burger. I was polite to the employee asking can I get a redo with my burger. I tried to explain to him it could be an error on my end. He was super nasty rolled his eyes and closed the window in my face while I was talking. He should not be dealing with customers. I came here last week and simply asked him for a drink tray and he rolled his eyes. He is a poison to the company and how does he still have a job? I called management over there and they just tried to brush it under the rug like it wasn’t a big deal. I will be calling corporate tomorrow on this establishment.
Food was cold. Fires where in the bag mostly. Sandwich was cold. Didn't sit in line long guess that's a plus.

To I came at 6:30 bit the kitchen is not ready she took the order and not allow to stay in front of windows because she say the timer is running and as per she i am waiting 10 to 15 minutes this is not good I wast my time

Food isn't always fresh. Fries and burgers be cold unless you ask for FRESH food! Why should I have to ask for fresh food? Today I went and they didn't advise the system was STILL down since Friday until you go to pay so you can't use your rewards. The male manager on Friday had no issues manually applying the discount the other day but the female manager acted oblivious today on how to apply discounts (Wednesday). Why is the system still messed up 5 days later? And why can't the manager figure out how to apply the 6 piece nugget discount when it's something Wendy's does EVERY Wednesday. Go to the location by Potomac Mills instead!!!

Finished my food and had to use the restroom but it was in use then i see a employee knock on the door and it being unlocked the employee walks in with the one already in there staying inside whats the point of using your own work bathroom as another home bathroom someone please fix these workers way of thinking

I ordered a double stack, they gave it to me with bacon. I told them that I didnt want bacon. So instead of making me a new sandwich, they took the bacon off and tried to hide what they did under another piece of cheese. I went into to the store to express my concerns and as I spoke to the manager who I assume is Nereyda Damaris (based on my receipt) her employees stood in the background to laugh and mock me and what they have done. Bacon (Pork) isn't something that I dont order just because I do not like the flavor. They absolutely disrespected my religious beliefs and my religion as a whole. There is no telling how many other Muslims have suffered from this same lack of morality. I am highly disappointed

Disgusting, unsanitary, uneducated, poorly run building. Why does it take 20 minutes to get a takeout order I ordered an hour+ ago? Cold digusting result, can’t even have the bare minimum fast food decency of heating the food before hand??? Where’s the service, normal etiquette, does the boss ever visit here? Damn what a disappointment.

If I had a nickel for every time I ordered an orange Fanta and got an orange flavored Coke instead I'd have 2 nickels which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened TWICE! Don't offer orange Fanta from the fancy Coke machine if you're not going to give me orange Fanta.

Is it possible for the Area Manager to stop by here and tell these people to stopped texting on their phones and take orders from people that are hungry, it is very disrespectful when some is trying to place an order an the cashier want stop texting to take it. It's bad enough to have to keep explaining wat you trying to order and they don't understand English, how hire these people. Sorry Dave, your hard work in going down the day drain.
