The food is fantastic and the staff is amazing. They work nonstop and as quickly as they can. Here's the deal, though. Go only if you have plenty of time. It takes time to get your food. No fault of the staff. It's just that they're that popular. The food is THAT good! It's definitely worth the wait.

Although the food was exceptional their customer service and acknowledgement of issues or concerns lacks. I picked up an order and found a 5.99 item was left out and of course they had closed. I've left 2 voicemails and sent an email with no acknowledgment of my request for refund for the missing item. On top they NEVER answer the phone.

Swung by this morning, and wow—the food hit the spot! I went for the Bacon, Egg & Cheese on a Maple Bacon bagel, and it was absolutely delicious. Sweet, savory, and perfectly satisfying. The cashier was super friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Definitely coming back for more!
