Ordered the Calzone stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni. The pizza was OK. The only issue I had was that they didn't cut it all the way through, so I was ripping and tearing pieces off.. I was at a hotel, so didn't have access to a knife to cut it better... nor did I feel I should have to go look for one. Ordering and Delivery were good and timely.

Would never work for this guy. He is god awful steals from his drivers and brings his kid to work every single day. Last time I checked this was a business not a playground, trying to use the drivers as a babysitters and it's not gonna work. You need to learn some responsibility there, Chris it's time for you to go and get a babysitter because the workers there should not have to watch your kid jumping off boxes hurting himself all the time seen it firsthand when I worked there friend.And you're supposed to be the GM of the place pathetic really pathetic. and no, there is no way I would ever work for you again. so stop dropping hints I'm not working for the gas stations either.You said that You drive at least two hours away to and from work why don't you just go back to your own county where you belong that's what people told me so I think you should do the same. friend. take off take off now. just doing the same thing that you and your friends do running you off you better leave Chris I'm not playing. how do you like it?

I was there Monday and got great help. The girl Tiffany was super nice and helpful even though they were busy and seemed to be short staffed and really busy. Pizza tasted great also! I’ll be back!

Unfortunately I’m having quite the experience with this Papa Johns. Ordered a large pizza and Oreo bites with an “approximate” delivery time of 30 minutes. It’s been well over an hour and still no sign of the pizza. attempted to call the store but didn’t get much help. :(

i made a 32$ order and told them to bring change for 100$ because that's all I have on me and was going to tip the driver10$ so all they needed was less than 60$ they called me and canceled my order because I don't have a card to pay with

Food was over cooked, the sauce tasted like it had perfume in it. Driver got lost 3 times before my food got here. Whomever owns this franchise location needs to take a page out of Papa Johns in SE Roanoke. They are VASTLY SUPERIOR.
Don't listen to any of the negative reviews! I have ordered from here twice in a week (both pick up and delivery). I ordered the new Oreo Papa Bites, Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites, Epic Stuffed Crust Pizza, cheesesticks, and a Philly Cheese Papadia. Everything was absolutely delicious and just how I ordered it! This location uses DoorDash for delivery. I had no issues. It was delivered on time, still hot (live 15 minutes away) and the driver was very polite. In regards to pick up, my order was ready when it said it would be and the employees were attentive when I walked in. If I really had to nit-pick at something, it would be that the icing for the Oreo Papa Bites (bought 3 extra) was filled less than half the way. Not great, but it's not a deal breaker. As mentioned, the food was fantastic and I personally have no complaints with this location!

The extra large pepperoni pizza I ordered was a medium anywhere else. There were plenty of pepperonis but the extra cheese I ordered wasn't visible. All this for a whopping $21.
