The staff are friendly and fast. The store is well stocked and the food is good, but needs to be cooked longer thou. But the restroom was bad...trash in the floor, trash cans overflowing, pee on the sits. Other than the restroom not bad.

It's always clean the food is good most of the time (I've had a couple of experiences not good) but most of the time it's good. Bathrooms are clean and all in all not perfect but good. Would use anytime!

This is a convenient pit stop. You can fill the tank and grab a bite. Some people were eating on the patio. You can make your own milkshake, slushie or coffee. The snack choices were varied.

Very neat and clean. Staff is always friendly and Carla is always pleasant, she deserves a raise. Actually the entire staff deserves a raise having to deal with some of the COVID irritated customers that come in there.

Ordered ahead on my app at 5:50 pm, got to sheetz at 6:05 and waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes without even speaking to a person, what should have taken Under 5 minutes took me 20. When my work orders we frequently don't get all of our food. Do not recommend this place at all.
I go to this sheetz all the time to get coffee on my lunch breaks. I normally order on my phone and go into the store. But today I was in a rush so I ordered ahead on my phone and selected drive thru pick up. WORST DECISION! I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes had to leave to clock back in to work. Came back to the drive thru and had to wait another 10 minutes! No one came to the window to even acknowledge my presence. After waiting for TOO long the kitchen manager came to the window (with an attitude). I asked for the managers card or a number to call and she said they didn't have one. Really disappointed!
