Had the Easter Bunny special for lunch. Homemade pastry stuffed with prosciutto, spinach, and cheese. Topped it off with a chocolate chip cookie. YUM!!! Terrific place. Will definitely stop by again.

Highly recommend. Stopped by after a hike. Food and coffee were great and my toddler loved the Lego wall. It was so nice to be able to have lunch with a friend while our kids played. Staff were very welcoming.

Delicious food and awesome service! One of my favorites is the grinder sub! Perfect for a quick bite or to hangout on Main Street and enjoy the town!

My wife brought home an oatmeal sandwich cookie. It looked super sugary and fake, the kind of thing that would be too sweet for me. But I had a taste and was blown away. The buttery sweetness melds perfectly with the warm chewy oatmeal cookie. So I went back the next day and got one of my own. The guy behind the counter compared it to the little Debbie's oatmeal pie. Not even close, theirs are about 1000 times better than little Debbie's... 1000 times better!!!They make some amazing looking sandwiches too. The place had very steady clientele while I was there.

Visited while on 2-day trip to Damascus with my sister Oct 24 2023. Main St Coffee & Cream was one of the highlights of this trip. Had coffee & breakfast there both mornings & it was amazing. Coffee was some of the best I’ve had & grit bowl was delicious! The service was outstanding & we felt like family from the time we walked in the door. Definitely a Gem.

We loved this place! Visited twice, once for lunch and once for breakfast. Food was delicious both times. Great coffee. The staff is so sweet, and my boys loved the Lego wall. Very cute inside too.

Great food and lattes! Cool local feel. Gluten free bread for sandwiches available, both the breakfast and lunch sandwiches are delicious, and the crust less quiche is great too.

Great little coffee shop you will definitely find some good hot coffee here. Not warm coffee but hot. Good desserts too but be aware toward the end of the week their desserts are pretty much picked over and you may be getting something that's been sitting for a while. The Apple spice cake was moist and delicious. They have ice cream and many other types of pastries. Damascus is a small town parking can be limited.

Friend. Do yourself a favor and get the potato salad. I'm not even that much of a potato salad girlie but seriously. Get it.Also, their BLT was everything I didn't know I wanted. The coffee was perfect and the cinnamon roll was amazing. 10/10(And fair warning, the sandwich we got was HUGE. Easily enough for two people.)
