We were hiking the Creeper trail and then tried to find a place to watcha football game. While they didn't have ability to turn on the game, the bartender Melissa tried to call around and find it for us. While we were talking to her Macon got our dog water and treats. He then showed us his dart skills. One day he'll be in the championship! We stayed for a beer and some great conversation!! Seriously, go see this place. They were wonderful!!!

After a bike ride on the Creeper Trail, we stopped by the Damascus Brewery for a beer. It is a quaint brewery and the bartender was very nice. I tried the Lightest Thing We Have and the Beaver Range IPA. They were both very good. If you are in Damascus, check out this brewery.

Stopped here after a day riding the Virginia Creeper trail. The proprietor was working and was awesome. The drinks were delicious. Lots of variety and the atmosphere is really great. This will definitely be a regular stop for us when we’re in the area.
