Being from NYC, My Culinary appetite hasn't been quenched in a long time. This place did it! Everything we had was amazing but the lamb gyro is a must have. It was so good, I got one to go.

The very best place I've eaten in a really long time and we foodie a lot! The service was so warm almost felt like family. The shrimp and grits was delicious! Plan to make that hour drive again as soon as possible!

Mountains Are Best

First time, 3 for lunch. 2 burgers, chicken apple cranberry sandwiches. All excellent! Reasonable prices, excellent service, clean and nice but busy and SO loud conversation was difficult.
Will return

I COULDNT. STOP. EATING. On a recent girls' trip to Damascus, we took the advice of locals and decided to try Wilson's for dinner. That was it! We did not eat any place else for the next 3 days--it wasn't even a conversation. We had pumpkin hummus, fallchetta (ricotta, apples and honey on a crostini), salmon, lamb, crab cakes, the brightest freshest salads, local beer, mulled cider mule (made with spiced rum) and the bread! Oh, honey. THE BREAD. Italian bread, pumpkin bread, cornbread. To die for. We all bought a loaf to take home. Chef J.W. answered our questions about the food, where it was sourced. His wife Maggie is a talented baker in her own right. And so nice. Such an ELEVATED menu and flavor profiles. I didn't have better food when I ate at the main dining room at The Biltmore. We have been home a week and there's one slice of pumpkin bread left. My heart is heavy. This place is a MUST if you're within 30 miles. Tell'em the Kentucky girls sent you.

Spectacular dinner! The Candied Bacon appetizer, Shrimp and Grits, and Lollipop Lamb Chops were of the best we’ve ever had! A real gem in the mountains!

The candied bacon is a must. The shrimp and grits and lamb special tonight were off the chart. We biked all day and we’re starving and could not have had a better meal. We are hoping to be back for lunch.

Lunch was amazing today. The crab cake sandwich was the best crab cake I’ve ever had.

I had the Pub Burger and it was cooked and made to perfection. This Chef knows how to cook.

Our creeper bike adventure was cut short so we stopped in at Wilson's and it was a delightful little surprise. The food was delicious, had a couple of the chicken sandwiches. Service was good as well.
