Fantastic food. The veggie pasta was superb, and the dinner entree salad was a meal in itself. Fresh ingredients, and service was friendly and first-rate. A real gem in Damascus -- or anywhere for that matter.

We just had a wonderful meal with JW and the crew at Wilson's Cafe and Grill. The food was amazing. The service was impeccable. We had a party of 15 and was in and out but never felt rushed. Such a great place and I highly recommend!

Came down here with my family and on God, we loved the food, atmosphere, and the service! Best burger and chips I've ever had, shrimp and grits were amazing too and ice cold water really hits the spot! Will definitely be back next time I'm in this area!

Kristin was our server and made excellent recommendations. Whoever’s cooking in the kitchen knows what they’re doing. Best restaurant meal I’ve had in months. Broccolini cooked to perfection. I had the sea bass with garlic infused potatoes. Brought several selections home as take out. It’s that good.

I had lunch at Wilson's Cafe and Grill on a Saturday after a bike ride on the Creeper Trail. I had the Jerk Chicken sandwich and it was fantastic. The staff is friendly and I would recommend eating here.

AMAZING!!! Don't let the casual exterior fool you! Wilson's Cafe & Grill is tucked away in the middle of the small town of Damascus, Virginia, but serves up absolutely incredible food! Every dish was a delightful surprise. From the first bite, it's clear the chef here is passionate about flavor. The price was very reasonable for the quality of food your receive. A must-visit if you're in the area! One of the best dinners we have had in a long time. Thank you for making our evening even more enjoyable.

Do not let the name of this place fool you. We walked in to a hole in the wall expecting a cafe and were surprised to find a 5 star style restaurant in Damascus Virginia. Food was very delicious and was presented well. The Shrimp Creole came with a a whole Prawn and a garnish. The candid bacon, and rolls were amazing, and the portions on everything were generous. My steak was perfectly cooked, and set my tastebuds a light with delight.
