Great food, beautiful art, good conversation! I will be back!
What a wonderful dining and art experience! Eating here was like lunch at Grandma's house. Thank you!
Best latte and chai tea ever!!!
Great food, very nice atmosphere!
First visit and would go back. Was warmly greeted when walked in. I didn't make any studio purchases but had lunch. Food was good and the chicken vegetable soup was very filling. Thanks for a nice visit. See you next time in the area.
Great food, people
Delicious food! Was warmly greeted by Jane when I walked in and felt like I was at home being in there. Food was also delicious and had a wonderful experience.
Wonderful atmosphere at Braithwaite Studios. I had the Blueberry Pancakes. They were so delicious. Old timey music, beautiful artwork, friendly staff. I definitely recommend this establishment.
We are absolutely thrilled with our etched glass on our side lites and window over our entry door. We wanted to do something special to commemorate our 50th wedding anniversary this year. John & Jane Braithwaite are a treasure! Together they created a beautiful masterpiece of etched glass with various birds and tree limbs/leaves. Our entryway has been totally transformed and we are so pleased. John & Jane are a joy to work with and their expertise and precision are impeccable. Thank you for creating such stunning artwork in our home. We are forever grateful!
Such a great place!! So enjoyed our time there!! Will be back for sure!! Thank u! Blessings💛

Charming Cafe with great food especially the Hungarian Goolosh. Great hospitality and the etched glass is a must to see and purchase for gifts and have something personalized.
For several years, I have come to Braithwaite's Cafe and Gallery for hearty and delicious breakfast or lunch, served with the most genuine love I can find anywhere besides from my own mother...and Jane's heartfelt listening ear and thoughtful advice. This summer, after my father passed away, I turned to the crafters Jane and John for a solution--in the nick of time before the funeral--to adorn with elegantly etched glass plates mounted on local mountain sandstone for the graves of my late father and previously deceased brother (still awaiting a grave marker). Jane courageously took on the project on such short notice, consulted patiently with me on the design, and delivered her beautiful artwork on time for the funeral, and for a merciful price, because in her empathy, she recognized the huge importance of this to me and my family, and her unique position to be able to provide.
Great food
Wonderful place to go for lunch. Friendly owner and staff, beautiful decor, artwork.
We never miss a chance to chat and have coffee with the retired Hippies that run the place. Glass art you just gotta see. Classes if you'd like.
