We ordered our food through the drive thru at dinner time. Drove 2 minutes home and our food was COLD not just not warm but COLD. The fries were tough and chewy. Other items we ordered are usually prepared fresh like a reuban, yet everything seemed to have been in the warming trays for hours.
You would think for the expensive price tag Arby's charges over other fast food places at least I could count on fresh HOT food.

Not the best atmosphere however I don't think that that is a reflection of Arby's, as this location is in a truck stop. Good food. Great prices. Polite staff.

3 Food - Made the mistake of ordering Chicken Bacon Swiss and not asking what sauce was on it. Thought it was like the beef and you added your own sauce. Anyways it's Honey Dijon Mustard. I friggin' HATE mustard worth a passion. So my bad on that. Three is because of chicken tho. This thing was thinner than roadkill on a Georgia highway in August. If it wasn't dead when they started cooking it they surely drove the nail thru it's heart. If I had to try to describe it I'd say, deep fry it until it's crispy, let it cool on the warming shelf for six hours then deep fry it again.So best description is double deep fried chicken. 4 service - Everyone is friendly enough.Chick on the register cute as hell. Then all of a sudden out of no where Demitri starts screaming. Scared the bejezus out of all of us. 3 atmosphere - it's Arby's ...... 'nough said.
My last 3 visits have been awful, culminatinating in my making a phone call. It takes a lot for me to complain, but today just put the cap on it. For the 3rd time, my order was screwy. Ordered a beef and cheddar.... It came with Arby's sauce and almost NO cheese sauce. Not only that, the workers don't listen or pay attention. I ordered crinkle fries, and when I got on the road, I found they not only put curly fries in the bag, but they even entered it wrong.
When I called the manager, he was less than helpful. I'm so mad I could spit. They have lost a customer for good.

Every year we stop here on our way home from the beach, same week, last three years go in for a Shake and get told their machine is down, this locations is right up there with McDonald's for never having shakes!

I specifically request no bread at all, and no red ranch. I am on the Keto diet and can't have their bread. Really a shame. I even told the cashier, NO BREAD AT ALL.

Night shift employees claim the system is down most nights between 10pm and midnight. If it happened once it would be one thing, but multiple times a week seems intentional.
