I asked for scrambled egg biscuit add gravy this is what I got wow explained it 5xs in drive thru this is why I hit up bojangles biscuit and gravy or cook my own I got to stop eating out people don't care what they serve is and we pay for this sad and all they do is stand and look survivor didn't even apologize for the mistake of bad service and bad customer services no one sad sorry let me get you something else but the guy who cooked in back Ty to him but the others need training on customer service and comprehensive understanding what the customer is asking for it was definitely not this

Absolutely disgusting location. I came in here this morning (November 30, 2025) with my parents. We’ve never been to a Hardee’s before but we decided to give it a try. Immediately upon walking in, no one was at the register and we saw no one on the line working. We stood there for several minutes before a girl came out to take our order, there was an older gentleman in the back working with the food and I watched him scratch his beard with his bare hand and then resume working on the food. There was also greasy napkins and dirty smears of oil ALL over the floor, and not just in the kitchen. At this point we had already payed for the food, so we asked for a refund immediately. The girl at the counter said “we don’t give refunds” and then walked away. We stood there for several more minutes waiting before an older lady came out and asked if we still wanted the refund. We said yes and she gave us our money back and we left. 0/10 experience, will never eat at a Hardee’s 😂

Why are you a chicken spot with no chicken... I don't expect to come to a location at 7p & you say we don't have any chicken or you don't drop food 2 hrs. before you close. Do better.

It took 20 minutes for our food. When we got it, everything was cold. The chicken they had waiting to serve was overcooked. 5 employees moving slower than a turtle without a care that customers were on lunch break and just trying to get a meal. The manager did offer an apple pie for our inconvenience. But the way she asked was rude like we had done something wrong. UM NO THANK YOU! I must say that this has been the absolute worst fast food experience EVER!

Very long wait for food inside. Food was ok good. Fries were not hot fresh. Employees were quiet and not welcoming. Floor was very dirty and music speaker was staticky and loud.

Nasty place, rude employees, manager dgaf. Ordered at 11:44 didn't get food til 12:15, not busy at all, somehow I got egg in 2 out of 3 burgers ordered and no one cared. Not sure what was on the fries, but they were cold and practically inedible. Everyone that came after us got served before us, nothing custom or complicated ordered, 10/10 don't recommend.

This is a very unfortunate rating for the Hardee's in Disputanta, Virginia. Earlier in the day I went to Hardee's to pick up something to eat. So I decided I'd go through the drive-thru. Upon entering the drive-thru ordering screen, I waited for someone to ask me for my order. No one ever asked, so I drove to the window. In fact there wasn't anyone manning the window at all.
So I went to park in parking lot & entered the restaurant and it was nasty. There was trash on the floor all over the place. The floors needed to be mopped. They looked horribly dirty. I approached the counter to order. The employees in the restaurant, made me feel very uncomfortable like I had bothered them to be there. Once I paid for my order, I went to my car to drive home. Where this particular Hardee's is located, you can look back from the light and see the restaurant. Someone else came up and they were taking their orders from the drive-thru so my question is why did they not take my order? I really don't get it. I was not mean or rude to anyone. Even when I went inside I was not. However when I got home and looked in the bag and I should have checked before I left, but really seriously I felt very uncomfortable. I don't know what they would have said if I question them about the way my food was done. It was horrible. Usually, the people at this particular Hardee's restaurant are nice and they really care for their customers. However, this particular crew team are not professional, nor responsible for treating their customers well. And you can look back at every rating I've had about this particular Hardee's and there were always good except for one time a while ago. We never had experienced this kind of lack of customer service in this store. The one thing I can say, is that this particular Hardee's has never been as dirty as it was today. It does not make me feel good to write this. But, this is what makes businesses fail.

My experience was unbelievable. The young lady that was behind the counter clearly did not want to be there. She was more interested in looking at her phone and flipping her hair. Her hair was down to her waste. No covering for hygiene purposes as she played with it. When she finally recognized me I asked her how her day was and she grunted. When I received my food I thank her and got no response. On the bright side the food was average and the store was clean. I don't like to air my concerns in a review but when I contacted the corporate office I received no response. I realize it is difficult to get people to work but this encounter was the rudest restaurant encounter I have ever experienced.

Drive Thru was fine, sort of what we expected. Lemonade was good. But the combo fries sort of small, like a kid sized fries. My husband burger was okay, mines was charred a little too much. I don't think I would have been able to eat it if I were not hungry. The shake machine didn't work either 😕.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered a breakfast platter with bacon and I get sausage & no hash browns… they also messed up on my breakfast the day before and forgot hash browns and a large drink….

All of a sudden randomly being up charged for white meat regardless if you have dark meat with your combo…. Even though the menu says ALL WHITE MEAT EXTRA… how does a wing AND leg warrant an up charge? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE or UPDATE YOUR MENU TO REFLECT THE CHANGE!
