Ordered a chicken sandwich and could not eat it because it was so drenched in mayonnaise and so cold and tough that it was not edible.

Stopped to grab a bite. We got the 5.99 bag. We chose Double Cheez and Ham n Cheese. The bag came with a druik and fries. The burger was very rubbery. Tasted stale. Very disappointed. Fries and Ham n Cheese were decent. The staff were very friendly. Probaly skip this Hardee's next time around. Reason for the 3 star review

About a bad experience, I had with the drive-through with a young lady by the name of Shamika. To say that she is not a person of friendliness or professionalism identifies this issue to a greater degree.

Friendly staff and fast service. And I must say the best keto option here is the double monster burger with no bun. First time trying Hardee's keto and I'm not surprised I was able to get a massive dripping pile of meat that was cooked to perfection.
Dietary restrictions: Keto go for bunless burgers. Hardees meat is great for this.
