Husband plays a $44 order we waited at least 15 minutes before leaving our home which we live only 10 minutes away to pick up went through the drive-thru to pickup wasn't ready was told to pull up at the end of the drive-thru had an angry truck driver behind me in the Drive-Thru window he got his food and everything first and he wanted me to move so I parked right in front of the doors of Wendy's waited for about 20 to 30 minutes had to walk in on a sprained ankle that's why we chose to do it this way through drive-thru walked in and was told they thought I drove away tried calling the number on the website didn't work apparently they're out of drink carriers and sauces except for stinking ghost pepper im allergic to that crap food was crushed due to them shoving it in a smaller bag when I asked for assistance and carrying all the food that was ordered

Worst Wendys ever. Supposed to open at 6:30am, I went there at 7:00am and it was closed. Another time I went around 4/5pm and they had the drive thru closed. Always something at this Wendys. Needs to be shut down

We went here while traveling towards the beach. The young lady at the window was funny and honest. The food was just fine. My complaint is with management: who is in charge of the ordering? Is it a problem with the suppliers? They were out of a lot of basic items like lids to cups, ketchup, sauces, straws, small cups, etc. How do you expect your employees to give good service if they are constantly working with next to nothing? I wouldn't be happy either in a place like that. Management needs to assess themselves and pull it together. There's no way you can run this store this badly without a serious problem being overlooked.

Some white young man that works there was going off off off , with curly hair about something my husband and I left the Wendy's because we really didn't think it was safe .we went back to our truck and waited then we came in again .no one should have to deal with that mess . We will not return.

I got the breakfast baconator. I your baconator but your breakfast one is not good to me. The sausage taste is not good at all. Now we all have different tastebuds. That's just my tastebuds saying stick to burger baconator and don't do the breakfast anymore. Now this is my first time coming to Wendy's breakfast. Sorry to say it's my last time doing Wendy's breakfast. Only lunch and dinner for now on

Good, but I got sick afterwards. I am also pregnant so I can’t blame it on the establishment. I just don’t want Wendy’s anymore. 😭 Husband liked the Krabby Patty meal but the frosty seemed small and could have used more pineapple. I just wish they gave you a themed box or something for the meal, I think that little extra touch would have made it more unique.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I ordered thru the app, get there, wait in the drive thru and nothing. I wait 5 minutes drive to the window and have to knock. A girl with an attitude comes to the window and says drive thru is closed, come inside. I said I just want to pick up a mobile order. She says ok and walks off. No signs anywhere. We wait another 5 minutes thinking the girl was getting the order, another girl comes over I tell her the same thing. She says ok. She walks away. 5 more minutes I see a guy walk around he comes to the window and blubbers drive thru is closed. I said we just need our order are they getting it? Walks away. We wait again. Now I'm super pissed. I bang on the window and said forget it I want a refund, he says I have to call I said forget the order and he says I was just going to make your salad. I said keep it and drove off. Poor excuse for a Wendys. I wasn't the only 1 this happened to, there were several vehicles behind me. Seriously Wendys??
