Drive-thru intercom is not work. Aftet you sit waiting for 3-4 minutes, then drive up to the window. Then to wait 2 more minutes, for them to open the window. Just To inform you that the system is not working, can NOT takes orders threw the window. You have to come inside to place your order..

The service people aren’t bad but the problem is this place hired 2 people to do the jobs of 5. Absolute garbage run establishment. Not the workers fault though. This is 100% on management and the owners.

I work nearby and just visited. I got a single combo and chili. Both were very good. Also, the drive thru lady was very pleasant and service was quick. I have a choice between two Wendys for lunch and I usually go here.

We went through the drive thru, my bf asked a second they said okay. When he was ready he said ready when you are the girl said Your gonna have to wait. We ordered, they got our order wrong my fries were cold. I asked for sauce they said they didn’t have that. When my bf realized they messed our order he asked could it be corrected they say no. Both workers had an attitude soon as we pulled up.

My food was made pretty quick but when I got home, which is only 5 minutes away, my food was cold and the bacon on my sandwich looked old. My fries were hard and cold and my nuggets were too.

It's just... Wendy's folks, nothing special, fast food at its finest, and sometimes just old
Can I Just say Nisha is AMAZING! I'm at DD driver and have gotten 3 orders from here so far tonight, she has been running this restaurant by herself all night and doing it well! It's clean, she is polite and working fast enough that the customers aren't waiting long. Somebody give this woman an award! 👏🏽

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Absolutely disgusting! First of all, they were short staffed (as in two people) which is understandable. The intercom on the drive though was not legible, we wouldn’t even make out what the operator was saying. When we went inside to order, there was a nasty smell. One of the soda dispensers was broken and the floor was flooded with water. They had wet towels just tossed on the floor and a big tube thing. Smelled bad and was horrible to look at. Paper straw wrappers dropped in the water, trash everywhere on the counter. It took an extra seven minutes to make our chicken sandwiches which were cold when we got them. Other food was alright, but the price ended being up $45, which is INSANE for a fast food place and four meals. Staff were mediocre. Overall horrible experience. Do not go here.

No cheese, no sauces other than ketchup, no napkins. Drink machine was filthy. Fries were not the same type of fries I usually see at a Wendy’s. I decided it was too risky to eat what I ordered and tossed it.

Husband plays a $44 order we waited at least 15 minutes before leaving our home which we live only 10 minutes away to pick up went through the drive-thru to pickup wasn't ready was told to pull up at the end of the drive-thru had an angry truck driver behind me in the Drive-Thru window he got his food and everything first and he wanted me to move so I parked right in front of the doors of Wendy's waited for about 20 to 30 minutes had to walk in on a sprained ankle that's why we chose to do it this way through drive-thru walked in and was told they thought I drove away tried calling the number on the website didn't work apparently they're out of drink carriers and sauces except for stinking ghost pepper im allergic to that crap food was crushed due to them shoving it in a smaller bag when I asked for assistance and carrying all the food that was ordered
