I have never had such a horrible experience with an Auntie Anne’s. I LOVE Auntie Anne’s so this is a big upset. The service was horrible - was told for 30 minutes there was “10 more minutes.” They were not understaffed, but most of the staff stood around and chatted instead of doing their job. Never again.

I love there soft pretzels! However, when I ask if they are fresh I don't expect to be lied to. For those of you who've worked in the food industry know food is good for a certain amount of time until you can't serve it anymore. Some places like to push the limits, I guess they are one of them. My suggestion is make sure your food is fresh before leaving.
They had nothing made and said it would take 30 minutes just to get a pretzel then a woman inside proceeded to stare at me through the window. Food we did get was cold and i’ll made. Overall awful experience and i love auntie anne’s so this was very upsetting.
