I love there soft pretzels! However, when I ask if they are fresh I don't expect to be lied to. For those of you who've worked in the food industry know food is good for a certain amount of time until you can't serve it anymore. Some places like to push the limits, I guess they are one of them. My suggestion is make sure your food is fresh before leaving.

They had nothing made and said it would take 30 minutes just to get a pretzel then a woman inside proceeded to stare at me through the window. Food we did get was cold and i’ll made. Overall awful experience and i love auntie anne’s so this was very upsetting.

Definitely one of the premier places to get soft, flavorful and delicious pretzels and other assorted food items. Can never go wrong with AA's.
Got the pretzel for our order. Notice after we left the stand. Meh.
