Came to this burger king and the service was horrible staff was so rude and upset at when when ever I asked questions about the product . How burger king cooperate still allows this location to operate is beyond me. The restaurant restaurant were horrible and dining area was a mess when I asked the employee if it was possible to whip our table down she stated she will get to it and never came out as she continued to just stand there and talk to other employees. Horrible location

Consistently gets orders wrong or will be missing items in your order. Often times an unacceptable wait time. The final straw coming to this place was food poisoning from my most recent visit. Imagine that, my order gets messed up and it gets me sick. The other reviews are not being hyperbolic, it is one of the worst Burger Kings in Central VA. Save yourself the pain (literally), do not get off the highway to eat here.

This franchise should be closed immediately. I looked for a sign showing the franchise owner, but there was none. Just have a look at the kitchen. The ice machine is rusted out. The freezer door is falling apart. The soft drink machines are almost out of syrup and ice. The tables are full of trash and food. They are a sticky mess. There are 4 people on duty. It took 21 minutes to get a Whopper Combo and cup. This was at 2:30pm, so there was no lunch rush. If you're headed South on 95, go another exit to Ashland. North, go to Carmel Church exit. You're welcome!

The only saving grace of this review is that I love BK. Otherwise, this location is abysmal and whoever owns/operates this needs to give up completely. A great example of how to NOT run a successful business. Literally the only thing keeping this location in business HAS to be the fact that it’s the only food option outside of Kings Dominion. Better hope that another chain doesn’t come through soon!
Employees are completely unmotivated, mock the customers in the drive through saying “hello?” As they refuse to answer in the drive through window, one employee was wearing a hat with a pot leaf on it? Like, what’s happening here? You need to completely clean house and start over. If Chic-Fil-A can train teenagers to run a successful operation, how can you NOT?

Was told they’d be with me in a minute at the drive-thru, drove off 7 minutes later without being acknowledged, lost my business forever.

The restaurant was OK. The outside was somewhat clean. The inside was clean the bathrooms need a little bit more work, but what impress me there was the best customer service I received from the employee his name is Mink what I like about his service was he took his time to listen to my order he explained my order back to me if I had any questions about anything, he was able to answer with no hesitation no support from others and he was very polite

This is literally the WORST Burger King I have ever visited. The lobby is never open, the drive thru never responds to you. I can't believe they're still in operation. Close and sell the property already.
