God awful! Took forever to get your food. After sitting 4 cars deep in the drive through not moving, I parked a d went inside. You could only order at the kiosk because the lady jammed the cash drawer and couldn't open it. She had a cake spatula trying to Jimmy it open. Saw three people come in and walk out because they wanted to pay with cash. Waited almost 20 minutes to get a Whopper Jr and onion rings. There was one poor construction worker there that just kept saying I need my food I'm going to be late getting back to work give me my money back but they couldn't because they couldn't open up the cash drawer and when he left he was saying he only doesn't get fired. The ladies working were friendly enough but they were way over their head and I wouldn't say it was much of a rush but for 5 people and they couldn't handle it. And to finish it off my onion rings were cold

You know reviews are everything if I'd have read this first I wouldn't have stopped. No management no one could make a decision once the electronics went down and the sad part the food was subpar and the thing the mini cinnamon rolls they brought back if what I threw in the trash was any indication they should have left them where they were

Ladies behind counter wouldn't help anyone with anything. Drive thru closed with this sign as well as being placed at every register and each kiosk. All the seats are up on the tables during operating hours. No I've cream, no slushies and somehow the soda machine isn't working either? Actually the worst location and worst service I've ever seen.

This Burger King location in Doswell was absolutely horrible. They didn’t open until 6:40 am when the doors said open at 6am. The staff was really rude and the ice machine had no ice. It was just a really bad experience and Burger Kings needs to do a better job at taking care of there customers

They straight told me no to making my food. they refused to take my order at the desk and made me use the kiosk and upon finish my order they said they can’t complete my order and after where very very rude about helping me fulfill my order after I had already paid the staff here is rude and just over all nasty people all this after telling me they can’t take card at the drive through window

This was most dirtiest, stank, unorganized, non customer service Burger King I ever been too !!! Bathroom disgusting 🫣 garbage over flowing everywhere, 1 kios machine trying replace only employees who were trying their asist people! Only 2-3 employees! Just an over horrible experience!!!! People in food service industry work very hard but without the company's support failure is certain!
