Out of mayo AND ketchup. They don't tell you, they just huff when you bring it to their attention, that your sandwich is completely dry! No attempt to even offer packets, etc. Horrible!!!!!!!
I ordered and she asked what drink I wanted because the machine was broken out in the lobby. I later went to ask for a refill and she told me they don’t do refills. Everyone around me was as confused as I was. Spent $15 on a meal and can’t even get a refill because the store is cheap. I’ve never seen a restaurant not give free refills.

Waited in line at drive through and got to window for worker to tell us they were closed. It was exactly 11:07 pm and this location closes at 12. Do yourself a favor and drive a little further to Ashland to find a well run restaurant.

There was an employee with a beard and glasses who decided to unload his woes on customers and tell them about how bad his day was. I told my friend that I wasn't going to be eating food made by someone who was completely out of control like that and we would be walking out on the food. Over $30 worth of food went straight into the trash.We both have experience working in this industry. Absolutely disturbing and appalling behavior from the employee. The fact that the manager was allowing it proves that this place isn't worth your money.In the other reviews, people got sick from the food. It's clear the employees are completely incompetent or this employee is intentionally tampering with the food
