My friend and I made a reservation for a weekday while on vacation. A bit of a drive from where we were but so worth it! The server (Amber?) was so very nice and the overall price for the amount of tea and food you get is great! I've only been there once, but from what I can tell this is not intended to be a quick cafe; expect to be there a while. Enjoy sipping tea and chatting with your friends as different courses are made and brought to you. You select the overall service (e.g. afternoon tea) but the specific food and most of the teas you are served are predetermined. The presentation is pretty and it's so relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place!

Most adorable stop for tea! Perfectly perfect environment, service, scones and tea! Deviate off the path and reflect on the beauty of simplicity!

We had a LOVELY tea service! My mother and six year old daughter felt so fancy and special. Both tea and goodies were very scrumptious.

It's the absolute perfect place to spend an afternoon! The tea service is always a dream, and I've been at least 5 times. The staff is so friendly and accommodating with any requests. They always take time to notice when you're wearing something special and make you feel like you're in a different world. The staff puts so much thought and care into their tea presentations. They will include fresh flowers and let you know if they happen to be edible. The tea choices are generally: Ginger Peach, blackberry sage, and English breakfast. You can also try one other flavor for free. They also have iced tea and water. We usually have either high tea or afternoon tea. There is always plenty of food, and I usually come home with some leftovers. My daughter loves the cucumber and cream cheese sandwiches, and I prefer the pimento cheese. They make their own scones, clotted cream, and jam. Everything is always super fresh and delicious! It's obvious that they take great pride in their work and hospitality. I highly recommend going!!Dietary restrictions: They ask at your reservation about any allergies or dietary needs and will address them!

The food was fantastic (high tea) but the service was glacial, dishes were not cleared as they were used so the table got more and more crowded, and there was an automatic 20 percent "tip." Way too much food; everyone in the room was taking home boxes of extras, and our table of four took home six boxes of leftover food.

My best friend from college and I made a reservation for High Tea on February 23 at noon. My BFF had never been to a Tea before, as I try to visit a tea room every place we travel. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot, I knew I would love this place. The building itself is quaint and beautiful. Then open the door to the most lovely tea room!! We were seated in our own room since we were the first to arrive soon after they opened. We were served from the Valentine/Galentine Tea Menu. Everything was just wonderful. The food was delicious and served on tiered trays and china, exactly as it should. There were 3 teas available with a non ending teapot of hot water available. My only con was that in all of the tea rooms I have been, I've never been to one where there was a choice of only 3 teas. Usually there are anywhere between 15-30 on a menu and a refillable pot if needed. But I would definitely return when I visit my BFF.

Worst tea room experience of my life! Our table was not ready. When they finally seated us no one had a complete set of dishes. No utensils or water glasses. We had made a reservation for High Tea but they said there was a mix up. Our food was served out of order and no mention of what we were being served. No knives to spread jam or what they call clotted cream. They only bring you hot water and you have to brew your own tea. When I inquired about our soup and charcuterie board the response was "Oh you still want that" We were then served a thick, room temperature concoction for soup that was like eating marinara sauce. 20 minutes later she brought out the charcuterie board that was really just a cheese plate. As if that wasn't not bad enough all of the desserts were from Walmart. NOTHING was homemade and NOTHING was good. While we ate they never cleared the used plates. We finally piled them up at the end of our table. As I checked out the owner did apologize and said she gave me a discount for all the inconveniences. She took a whooping $14 off but then added a 20% gratuity for the worst service I've ever experienced. I paid $170 for 4 adults and 2 children and no one enjoyed it. I wouldn't give one star to this place but it was the only way i could leave a review.

They say on their website that they require reservations for certain tea services. I spent three days calling, leaving messages and trying to get ahold of them to make a reservation for a particular day. I didn't ever speak to a real person. On the day of, I called one more time to see if any food would be available for walk-ins (since their a la carte menu only mentions tea) and once again got nowhere. Upon arriving with intention to go to the restaurant next door, I saw they were closed during their normal hours. No reason was given. This was not mentioned on their website, Facebook or answering machine. I am unimpressed.(The restaurant next door was absolutely fantastic, though! Great service, great food.)

High Tea amidst an Autumn Sunday. The experience is akin to spending a moment inside a Norman Rockwell painting. Artistic cuisine, remarkable service, and vintage ambiance
