After seeing a billboard advertising Bojangles biscuits I have to stop and I wasn’t disappointed. The food was good but, the service was the best! I hope they open a store closer to my home.

Fast food. It was fine. As expected. The person working messed up but it only ended up with us having an extra scoop of rice. So not a big deal! They were very nice though!
Food was great. Made many trips there. The food was prepared just right. Nice and hot and the Mac and cheese was delicious. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was the service. She wasn't as nice and pleasant as most service people. A smile, nice day or thank you, would be nice. Anyway, it didn't stop me from returning

I'm a person who never writes reviews. But I can tell you, the gentleman who was working the register on the weekend after Thanksgiving needs to know he works in a service industry. I know people have bad days, but it made every patron feel uncomfortable and made it seem as if we were guilty to be there ordering food. One of the busiest travel times of the year, yeah we'd rather be eating at home. But we're not, so try to make your customers feel welcomed. That's all I'm saying.

My grandkids and I ordered breakfast this morning (and bacon for the granddog). Service was fast, food was good, and all was well until the granddaughter tried a sip of her pink lemonade. Water with a hint of pink food coloring. Oh woe is me. One grandchild cannot have a tasty soda when one has an unacceptable one. I called the folks at Bojangles, drink replaced, incident averted. Thanks! ❤️
