Some of the female crew and manager teams need to realize it us customers that is why they have a job, and that they need to keep food fresh coming n not having us wait 30 to 40 mins to get fresh food and or be rude when asked how much longer too.

Bojangles do better!!! I come in everyday! Usually for supremes and a biscuit. 9 outta 10 times something is wrong. The chicken was old and so hard you couldn't chew it. I could knock someone out with this hard biscuit. It does no good to request fresh ones. I don't mind a 3-5 minute wait for food that is properly cooked, stored. Do restaurants not have something called holding times? If you wouldn't serve it to yourself or your mother, then don't serve it to me. I even changed my schedule to make my trip to Bojangles. I was thinking during busier hours I would get better food. Day shift is much better about not giving out old food. I'm not on here just to vent, I would like to know who specifically to speak to about this. If you have a name or number please share it with me. The correct date for this review is 12/15/24

They are so kind and friendly here. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. I normally use drive thru and even when lines are long you don't wait very long because they are well staffed and keep it going quickly. One of my family's favorites!
Vegetarian options: They do have sides like green beans and mashed potatoes but all the main dishes are chicken.
Staff was professional, courteous and helpful. Got our food and was in/out in no time. Parking lot was clear, and there was enough space for large trucks to park without blocking traffic. Food was fresh, hot and delicious.

BEST BOJANGLES IN VIRGINIA!!!
My family was traveling back home for the holidays and we were extremely weary. My wife is also recovering from back surgery and was on a walker. We decided to dine in and sparked a short conversation with the operator/GM. He was so friendly and accomodating! Not only that but he decided to personally deliver the food to us and our table and gave us extra cookies and drinks for our kids.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!!
I read through some of the reviews and 90% of the bad reviews are just sourpusses who don't understand quality service. Sometimes things are mixed up or forgotten. If that happens, just be kind. It goes a long way.
I don't want to be unsympathetic! I know the staff is short handed. But I was so disappointed 😔 to go at the expected time fresh chicken should be dropped. Only to discover it wasn't. Had to settle for tenders 😕

My dining experience would have been exemplary on its own, however it was elevated greatly by the immense work that Brevin Szerkman put in for us. He went above and beyond for the customer, and that effort did not go unnoticed. I have by to nigh on ever Bojangles in the country and this one was the absolute pinnacle of them all. I can happily report that this fine dining establishment produced one of the greatest food experiences of my life, and it’s all down to Brevin Szerkman.
