Some of the female crew and manager teams need to realize it us customers that is why they have a job, and that they need to keep food fresh coming n not having us wait 30 to 40 mins to get fresh food and or be rude when asked how much longer too.
Bojangles do better!!! I come in everyday! Usually for supremes and a biscuit. 9 outta 10 times something is wrong. The chicken was old and so hard you couldn't chew it. I could knock someone out with this hard biscuit. It does no good to request fresh ones. I don't mind a 3-5 minute wait for food that is properly cooked, stored. Do restaurants not have something called holding times? If you wouldn't serve it to yourself or your mother, then don't serve it...
They are so kind and friendly here. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. I normally use drive thru and even when lines are long you don't wait very long because they are well staffed and keep it going quickly. One of my family's favorites!
Vegetarian options: They do have sides like green beans and mashed potatoes but all the main dishes are chicken.
