Had an online order and wife went to pick it up. Man was rude and said something she couldnt understand so when she said she had online order he yelled at her and told her to HOLD ON A SECOND! After taking a few minutes he then told her to pull up and then told her to pull to front of store. Last time they took 30 minutes when they had us pull around so she asked if she could wait there bc of that reason. He then yelled at her and said he will not give her any of our food if she didn't pull around even though we paid already in the app! She then pulled up and went inside and asked for the manager and he said he was the GM named Dale. If this is how you treat your customers you won't have many very long! This man needs to learn to respect women and not to take his anger out on customers I understand people have a bad day but that's inexcusable.

Probably the rudest slowest burger king I've ever been to.

Parking: I only know about the parking because I had to pull around and wait t in the parking lot the two times I went.

Their service was good, but I was standing in line waiting for my order for 15 minutes. This is unacceptable when there are minimal customers in the store.

This place is an absolute disaster. Nobody seems to have worked there more than a couple months, food is room temperature IF you're lucky. Only thing of value is poundage of edible goods for your dollar.

They gave my son the wrong chicken sandwich it was supposed to be the hot one the say they didn’t have it so my son wanted a burger instead and we had to pay for there mistake!

Mad manager slinging stuff yelling very angry pulled up to wait for mozzarella fries when got our order they had over cooked the mozzarella fries and they were all just little pieces in the bottom went back around to exchange waited another 15 mins in drive thru and was pulled forward again all the rest of order was cold before we got the new ones they were messed up as well manager still sngry

Sometimes the food is good. Other times, they get the order wrong. I usually order from the app for pickup. Even though I enter my preferences, they are often either ignored or some are followed and others are not. I wish they still had the location in Fairlawn because then I could get it the way I want. Christiansburg gets it right. I don't know what's wrong with the Dublin location.

@8pm today I stood in line with my wife and 2yr old for 15 mins and stoll didn't even be acknowledged by staff or the manager. We eventually left and went next door to waffle house and was served immediately and had food within 10 minutes...go to waffle house if your in Dublin looking for food and good food at that

I really love going to Burger King to get their croissants. Croissants are so soft and the food is so delicious. Everyone was professional and courteous. They were very efficient at this particular Burger King I was able to get my food ordered and get through the line in the matter of just a few minutes so I could be on my way on my trip that I was going on so I really appreciate how they manage their business.

We sat in the drive thru, at around 830pm, for over 10 minutes. 2 other vehicles left because it was taking so long to even place an order. When we got to the intercom, the male drive thru person told us he would be with us in a second. We tried to order a duo whopper Jr meal, but the guy said, "I have two whopper Jr's with cheese. That will be $5.47." When we tried to explain we had more to add, there was silence. There was no apology and really no concern about taking care of us! We left. I would say this Burger King probably lost close to $100 for that hour as all the other businesses in the area were booming.

Good unless you like the big fish they never make it fresh its always hard as a rock I think they don't get a lot of orders so make it and leave under heat lamp
