Food is good! Service is decent...if youre only placing one order at a time. The manager seems to get a little bent if attendant takes more than one at a time. Which can create an issue, if your taking your lunch break and have more than your order to place and wait on. Which in turn, making service kinda slow at times and you late getting back to work. Not so bad, if you only have one order though.

The Manager Dorothy needs more training!! She would not try to help me fix a problem with my mobile order and even tried to tell me it was a third party app they have nothing to do with it and don't even receive the money from it... How ridiculous! She wouldn't even stand there long enough for me to talk to her. At one point she walked around the corner in drive thru while I was talking to her.

2nd time I go in drive thru....1dt time the girl didnt know how to do the royal perks codes....and today the boy didnt either....it's a simple task to press total to redeem the points and continue the transaction....Please retrain your staff.

Best Burger King I have ever been to, was greeted as we entered, dining areas and restrooms were very clean. All the employees were very friendly and positive. I would definitely stop again on my way back just because. I never normally done in but this time it was exceptionally worth it. Service was fast and as ordered. Great staff.

It's a Burger King so it is what it is. But it was clean and the service was great. The person who took our order was sweet and kind. That goes such a long way.

Breakfast croissant was really small and not satisfying as it could have been but was tasty. Quick in and out service and food was fresh so we enjoyed.

This Burger King has no outside lighting and has no inside dining. It's like covid is still going on at this location. The drive thru goes around the building, like a dark, dangerous side street. It's not a welcoming place at all. We left and went to Arby's.

Service was incredibly slow. That wouldn’t have been an issue if it weren’t for the food. I ordered a chicken sandwich with only ketchup. When they handed me the bag, I was told “be careful, the sandwich is fresh.” So I didn’t bother checking it right away. When I got it out of the bag, it was cold and clearly had lettuce and mayonnaise on it that had been scraped off. What if I hadn’t checked and had a food sensitivity? The only food I got that was warm at all were the fries. The coke just tasted like carbonated water. Absolutely disgusting

Awful customer service. Saw the manager disrespect customers in the store.
The manager Del Blade was rude to my wife when the cashier rung up our meal wrong. She tried to get the correct sandwich. When she addressed it the manger was very rude and wasn’t willing to swap it out even tho it was ordered correctly. So I went up to the counter and told the Mr. Del we wanted what we ordered not what was given. He stated you got what you paid for. I stated it’s not what we asked for and wanted to swap it out. Mr. Del implied I couldn’t afforded the $2 difference in the price. I told him I didn’t care to pay the difference we just wanted what we paid for. He still continued to be condescending and rude. He refused to give the refund receipt for a copy of one to me as well as a receipt for our main meal that was never given to us. Before I left I asked for them and he stated he wouldn’t give it to me and kept being rude. So I told him that he was A real piece of work with his attitude. After he kept making comments. He then flipped me off and told me to get out of his store. Sad he’s the general manger and has zero customer service skills.
