I ordered a to-go order of chicken and cheese quesadilla, fish tacos and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Only the sandwich was correct. There was some shredded chicken in a pan. I’m assuming that was supposed to be the chicken and cheese quesadilla. The fish tacos were a couple pieces of fish on soft tacos. Period. No cabbage topping, sauce or anything else. Except for the sandwich, the restaurant totally ripped me off!! I called and the man I spoke with said he would bring the quesadilla but he never did so they also lied to me.

Our server was friendly and quick. The paintings on the walls were unique and attractive. The food was a masterpiece of flavorlessness. I've honestly never had tacos that tasted completely neutral before and I didn't even know it was possible for lettuce to be the most interesting thing in a taco but they managed somehow. Can't recommend.

Worst Mexican food I ever had. Could not finish my meal. Frozen margaritas were old stale like they've been sitting in the machine for weeks.

I placed an online order thru the restaurant. I drove 20 mins to pick the food up. When I arrived I was told the restaurant canceled my order because they didn't have time to make it. And my refund would be in my account within2 days. I drove back home with no food. Waited 7 days and still no refund. The very least that the restaurant should have done was contact me after they canceled my online order. They had my phone number. Hell even a text would have kept me from waisting time and gas. Ist and last time for the Dublin El rancho restaurant. Don't waist your time. Management sucks on customer service. Food might have been good, I'll never know. But no worth the stupidity of the staff.

I’m from San Antonio so….yeah no really Mexican food. The salsa was closer to pizza sauce. I got the enchilada plate and it comes with rice and salad. Every place I’ve ever been to comes with rice and either refried or borracho beans and a couple tortillas. Again maybe it’s just what I have to live with now that I’m in sw Virginia. I’ll try a couple other places and see. If they don’t work out I can make my own much better. The inside was nice and clean though.
My Dad is Dying, I visited him in Salem va today, stopping in Dublin on the way home not eating all day. I got the news early at work. The Service was Awesome ,Great Food,lovely place. I over tipped,Dad was a Server most of his Career was in the Food industry. Order the White Russian, it will not disappoint.
