Food was wrong 4 times in a row then manager wanted to talk about his mother then wanted to fight meanwhile she was on video call with her boyfriend the entire time & done all of this in front of my young son he got scared & in front of the other customers called corporate they never called back...

The lady in the drive thru messed up my order. The teen at the pickup window had an issue giving me the correct drink because She put in the computer with ice so he should not have to make another without. I then got home to eat my Big Mac and it's not even on a bun!! I call and speak to the assistant manager and am told they are out of Big Mac buns. REALLY!!!!! Why not put it on a different bun!!!!!

All around it was great for McDonald’s . I used the app to order ahead of time for pick up inside. Use restrooms and it was clean and well stocked. Staff were friendly. Food took a little longer than normal but to be expected on the launch day of the grinch meal. Lobby trash cans needed emptied and were overflowing. Sweet tea urns were also empty

Charged us for triples, wrapped in triple paper, 3 pieces of cheese, but only 2 beef patties, not 3

We ordered breakfast and tried to eat our sandwiches but whoever prepared our food didn't wash their hands after smoking. Immediately threw the food away.
What can I say besides... it's McDonalds...and the shake machine worked.

We used the drive thru and ordered a egg cheese and bacon on a biscuit with a hash brown, iced coffee and two egg and sausage McMuffins... In the bag we only got two egg and bacon McMuffins. Iced coffee was terrible. Stale and No taste. Had to go in to fix the order.
