Was ordering in person and they still couldn’t get my sandwiches correct. Both were to be toasted only one was. Wasn’t ask bread type for second sandwich was just put on what they chose. No sauce added to sandwich and when I mentioned this oh the chicken is seasoned “sorry we’ve had a really long day”but no offer to fix

Worst tuna sandwich I have ever had at a subway. There was hardly any tuna. I ordered online and tipped. I definitely expected a sandwich done well.

Great service. Cindy at the register was very helpful and friendly. Spicy Italian on flat bread never disappoints. Clean and quiet. Actually able to hold a conversation during lunch.

No one ever greets you at this location. They never seem to be busy and still can not get an order right. This is the 5 time I have ordered from them, I always pick up on my way to work. In every order there has been something or everything not right. Missing ingredients or sauces drinks or cutlery. This is just very bad business practice. I always tip or use to. I will no longer be tipping, if you can’t get an order right I will not tip you to encourage you continue to do a bad job. We all have to work there is no reason for you not to do the job you are paid for and then want a tip on top of it . I’d like to think you know most your pick up orders are going to work and won’t have access to the things which you leave from the order. There is no good excuse for poor customer service.

I've been a loyal customer for years. Lately I've notice the service has been getting worse each time I visited. Today was the point of no return. I placed an order by phone to be picked up 40 minutes later I arrived 50 minutes later. My food wasn't even started. This was my last visit to the Dublin, Subway

If you enjoy getting your food played with and the employees putting things on the food not washing there hands and constantly playing while making your food then go here if not definitely stay away it is a sad situation when grown people act like children grow up cause next time life might not be so

Order was completely wrong but manager said they'd make it right. I believe this but haven't had chance to attempt a new order.It was an innocent accident as there were new employees.Worthy of a second chance.

Got a sandwich with extra cheese and toasted only to have every bit of it come off and melted into the paper it was wrapped in. Sandwich artists need to wrap sandwiches more careful. Wont be going back.. I'll go to pulaski before I go to dublin subway again.

Stay away from this subway they put what they want on you sub and when you Correct them they lie to you and say it is the same how is peppercorn ranch the same as plane ranch it is not peppercorn is a very spicy the woman that made the sub refused to correct it and I told her that if the sub was spicy that I would throw it back over the counter and then I told them that they could keep the food and I did not want anything from that location.. if this is the way this subway is going to treat people that come in there to get food someone need to tell the owner Hue so he can handle it which I will be doing this as soon as I am done posting this….
