I haven't had Taco Bell nacho bell grande for a long time and I won't have it again. I don't know what was changed about it, but it wasn't good. My sister told me a few weeks ago that it didn't taste right to her, I thought it was just her, but it wasn't.

This is becoming one of the worst restaurants around. Everytime I go in this place, I seem to have problems. I ordered a Deluxe Supreme box tonight. The chips was laying scattered in the bottom of the bag. The cheese sauce is always half full, to a quarter full. The food was more lettuce than anything else. I dined in, and as I was leaving, one of the employees yelled out Byeeeee in a child's voice. The place is always filthy inside. I may call the health department as well. I will never go back to this dump. I would have given it 0 stars, but you have to highlight 1 to write a reply! Good luck on keeping this place open!

Very dissatisfied with the service of this Taco Bell. We had a mishap earlier in the week and did not realize our order was wrong till we got home. Reported this in the app and got a $5 coupon. Thought we would give it a second try. Waited in the drive through for nearly 10 minutes just to get an order that belonged to someone else. Learned my lesson and checked my bag before I left the parking lot. Had to wait another 10 minutes in the drive through for my order. They did try make it right and gave us 4 coupons for a free food item, BUT still missing an empanada. I will not be going here for a while. The workers are never friendly and it feels like they throw the food right at you out the window. The service just keeps getting progressively worse.

The lobby doors are often left locked during business hours. Like I can see y'all inside, and drive through is open, why are the doors locked?
