I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with no onions and nacho cheese. Got on the highway and started eating it...this burrito had HARD CRUNCHY beans in it. I tried to get it remade at a different location and couldn't....this place is disgusting. If I could give it a 0 I would. And I cant go back to get a refund either.

Place to doordash order at 11:20. Nobody was picking it up so I headed there with enough time to get it before closing. Halfway there I called them and they say that they didn't even have it.

We had 3 people. We each gave our own order. They did not get any of the 3 orders correct. I wanted a taco salad. This taco bell does not sell taco salads. They do have some frozen drinks that are really good. They do have lots of parking. They have vegetarian options. The lobby is still closed.

The food is always fresh. ? That is, IF you get it. It seems as if all of the Taco Bell's in our area often leave out or get the order wrong. Every time we go thru the one in christiansburg, it's like a party going on inside with a bunch of teenagers working. I'm sure this has a great deal to do with it.
