Every time I come here they ignore everyone in line if it’s past 9 PM. They need more employees working and a light on their sign by the road. It looks closed, and the employees act like it is closed. I always end up going to another fast food joint because they’re too busy.

Do not eat here! Really felt some bad racial vibes from the workers. Been waiting for my food for 15 min, asked the how much longer, and the worker there said calm down. I don't even know if I should eat this food now because they were all talking junk about me once the window closed.

everytime i come to this location there is an issue. this time the little girl at the drive thru said they don’t have sprite zero and i could only get it in the lobby. that they don’t serve any special drinks in the drive thru. guess what? i drove to radford by the walmart and THEY HAD IT. no issue whatsoever. i’m tired of the laziness of this wendy’s.

Google says closes at 12am staff must’ve thought they could close at 7:40 in the drive through on a Wednesday night woulda been nice if there was sign out that said closed early instead of being stared at like a weirdo for trying to get a frosty at 8pm Never mind went to McDonald’s looked across the street and now they’re taking orders. Guess they just didn’t wanna take mine.

Employees standing in drive thru lane smoking ciggs.. 2nd time visiting today.. first time I was in line for 20 minutes and still had 2 cars ahead of me.. I had to leave because I had somewhere to be. Service the 2nd time was faster but the girl acted like I was an annoyance. Not the first time I had to wait for a long time and Employees were rude
Couldn't hear because of staticky audio... much yelling and repeating followed by long wait and forgotten drink. 🤷
