I came in and got 2 4for$4 meals on July 24 around 10:00pm The girl at the headset took about 5 minutes to answer and was super rude. When we got to the window she had earbuds in and didn’t say anything. The nuggets were just thrown in the bag and the fries were super cold and hollow. The burger meat was raw! We went and got a refund and she was not there anymore. The guy who helped was friendly.

Went through the drive thru ordered a double stack and large chili,got to the window and paid the shift manager handed me my food and i asked for some extra crackers 6 packs because only give one or two packs,she was rude and handed me 2 more packs and said that was enough,highly disrespectful,i told her i was gonna give a bad review here on google and she said go ahead that she didn’t care,i asked for her name,her name is Susan,she should be terminated for being rude and disrespectful to paying customers! Oh and im sending the corporate office an email about her too! Hope you see this Susan!
