This place sucks. The sign on the door says dining room is closed, go to the drive through window. I walked up to the window and knocked on it. Finally someone came up. I wanted a salad. The answer I got was, "we can't serve you. We don't have enough employees". As I walked back to my truck, there was two more employees in the back door smoking. Come on now, covid is not a thing now. Whoever owns this franchise and manages this store shouldn't be. I will NEVER visit this location ever again. I also am having a bad taste starting to build in my mouth about Wendy's. The week before, I stopped at this location and at 9pm the door was locked. Drive through only. I drive a semi truck. A little difficult to get in the drive through.

Extremely long wait time to get food. Not fast at all, which is a shame because they are located right off the interstate. Food is basic same old stuff. If you’re in a hurry don’t stop here. Your better off to stop at the 7-11’s right beside it and grab some healthy snacks and be on your way.

The staff here were goofy goobers that were so friendly, and the food was well made. They had a food truck delivery not show up so they had limited products, but what they were able to make was outstanding. Got me some Crabby Pattie sauce on my Biggie Bag burger which costs five of me lucky dimes. That ghost pepper ranch is amazing! Much better than the offerings from "The King" over at the Chum Bucket.

lobby closed, asked why and Manager was totally rude, and was proud of being rude.
8 customers, 7-8 employees. In 13 minutes of standing in line, only 1 customer was served. Manager never acknowledged any of the customers standing in line. Of all the work they were doing, it was only if you were in the drive thru. We as well as others finally walked out. Yes, i tried to call Wendy's customer service..... another 12 minutes listening to music..... no one picked up. We have been very loyal to Wendy's for the past 30 years. I may be done. So sad. We have only had 1 good experience in our last 15 visits to numerous Wendy's. They no longer appear to care..... or put soap on the bathrooms. Best of luck.

Marry the manger sky the drive through young lady taking the money and Carson the young gentleman in drive through handing out food YOU 3 ARE FREAKING AMAZING ABSOLUTELY ROCK...... I'M BEYOND THANKFUL FOR EACH ONE OF YOU BEING SO PATIENT SO KIND AND SO QUICK. AS A SINGLE MOTHER MY DAYS ARE HARD AND THE LAST THING I EVER WANT TO DEAL WITH IS THE RUDE DISRESPECTFUL PUBLIC ESPECIALLY CUSTOMER SERVICES POOR QUALITY...BUT U 3 MADE MY ENTIRE MONTH & I WILL DRIVE THE EXTRA 10 MILES PLUSS TO THIS WENDY'S BEFORE I EVER STEP FOOT INTO ANOTHER. I CAN'T BRAG ENOUGH U ALL Deserve ONE HECK OF A PRAISE ALL THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE BECAUSE WITHOUT A TEAM YALL WOULDN'T BE SOOO AWESOME ALONG WITH SUCH AN AWESOME MANGER.
