This is the 2nd time I've stopped at this particular location in the past few months. Both times I ordered the Frisco burger combo and both times the burger has been dry, the patty VERY thin, and the burgers looked like it was just thrown together. Also, the fries taste like the fryer oil hasn't been changed recently.

The service was fast and friendly. The fries were hot but the monster burger wasn't even lukewarm. The cheese wasn't melted. Not sure how they accomplished that, since it was made to order. They must have had premade patties, slapped on some cheese, pickles and onions and wrapped it.

The staff were nice. The food was not even warm and it tasted like it was cooked yesterday and warmed up today. The lettuce tasted like dirty grass. Very low quality.

Three young people were working. A boy & 2 girls. Store had no one in it when my parents & I stopped in at 8:30. The people served food that was cold. When my 75 year old father complained that his burger was cold, they said they just made it. Not possible since they just ordered and set down when the food was brought out! I ordered a cinnamon roll which was good, so my dad asked them to fix him a cinnamon roll instead of the burger. When the girl brought it out it was so hot that the icing was completely melted off & it burnt my dad’s lips when he went to take a bite. I then proceeded to go tell them that it was rediculous that they would heat something that hot & they were being smartasses because I had the same thing & mine was nothing like that. They said it was because mine was old and his was fresh & he needed to let it cool. He told them they were going to end up getting sued doing people like that, then the brown headed girl said, “ you said your burger was cold so we were giving you a hot cinnamon roll”. This is not acceptable!
Food ok. Service slow. Lobby and table a mess. No ice in lobby no napkins, salt or pepper. Restroom out of toilet paper. Took a while to get food

Night shift hasn't cared in years to even cook your chicken where it isn't raw. Tonight they wouldn't even come take our order with not a soul in the restaurant. They do it on purpose. No management here
