Hardee's refuses to disclose the exact ingredients in their food on the website so if you have allergies and get sick you will not be able to pinpoint what it was in the food. Their hamburgers almost certainly contain MSG but since they do not have to disclose ingredients it makes it difficult. MSG has several names including hydrolyzed soy and can cause headaches vision problems and worse. It's important to me and I probably won't eat there again.
The service was fast and friendly. The fries were hot but the monster burger wasn't even lukewarm. The cheese wasn't melted. Not sure how they accomplished that, since it was made to order. They must have had premade patties, slapped on some cheese, pickles and onions and wrapped it.
Stopped at Hardee’s for breakfast. Great overall experience. Staff was very friendly, my biscuit was hot and fresh and made just as I ordered. Coffee was fresh and hot. The staff was doing a great job of keeping the dining area clean.
