Dined in, waiting 30 minutes for food and only half the order came out. Took another 30 minutes for 3 hashbrowns. Watched 3 people pay and wait over 30 minutes for their food but they finally left without it.

Ordered a sausage, egg, cheese, McMuffin, biscuit and gravy And a coffee with sugar and crème I was literally the only customer standing in line. The biscuit and gravy was cold. The sausage egg and cheese McMuffin was like they took everything out of the freezer and put it in. It wasn’t even hot or remotely even close to warm. And asked me two times what I wanted in my coffee got the coffee. It was black, no sugar no cream. Absolutely horrible Guy with glasses took my order The bad part is, they weren’t even busy there was like two cars in the drive-through line and I was the only one standing inside

Place is a joke..you order the 5 dollar breakfast..you are billed 40 more cents for a medium drink..70 cents more for a large drink..but it clearly states ANY size drink..so then they told me was a up charge for those clear plastic cups..so I asked for a paper cup..not allowed..!! Then on top of the 5% Va sales tax..they charge you like another 6% luxury tax..or dining out tax..or some B.S..so all said and done..you are paying like a extra 15%..for McDonalds..
Stopped here for breakfast. Everything was hot and as ordered. The hashbrowns were exceptional. I've had some that are soggy and/or cold. These were hot and crispy. The staff was friendly.
