I’ve been to every winery on the Monticello Wine Trail and though this one isn’t on the trail itself, it is in the top 5 best ones. The gravel road out to the winery is not the best, but not horrible. They have a good wine selection and the view of the mountains is one of the best around, top notch. We talked to the owner for a little and she was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth a visit!

Two grapes/wines provided due to cool temperatures at 1800 foot altitude: Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio. Chardonnay is stored in both stainless steel and barrels.
Stone Mountain has been there 26 years, but the current owner bought it 9 years ago.
