Bring a snack so you don't get too hungry waiting for your meal. We waited an hour for our entrees to come. We'll do take out next time. Lasagna is average. Manicotti excellent.

Traveling from Georgia to NJ, we were fortunate to luck onto Sal’s, we were able to get a table even though we didn’t have a reservation. Great to meet the Jersey transplants. Our meals were fantastic, the service was amazing even though the restaurant was packed. Highly recommend, configure a stop here while traveling. Buon Appetito!

We were camping at Creekside Campground and looking for a place to have dinner. We read the online reviews for Sal's and decided to give it a try. This was a great decision! When we arrived, Khia seated us and informed us she would also be our waitress. She was delightful! We ordered gnocchi with sausage and the pasta primavera. Both entrees were DELICIOUS and plentiful! We ordered the lemon-blueberry cake for dessert. Yum!! All of the wait staff seemed very friendly and helpful to the customers. Everyone was going out with to-go containers because there was so much to eat! This restaurant is a place you will not want to miss!
Best meal by far we've had traveling up from Florida. Nicest staff by far our server Khia was so nice. Everyone treated us like regulars. The food, fried shrimp and Cannelloni were fantastic, salads delicious and olive oil for dipping fresh bread. pink lemonade ? Great prices / big delicious portions. Hopefully stopping in November on our way home.

Absolutely outstanding Italian food. I had eggplant parmigiana and husband had chicken parmigiana. Both came with a dinner salad and homemade rolls and garlic oil. The salad was soooo fresh and crispy and dressing was excellent. The tomato sauce was some of the best I’ve ever had. Not over seasoned, but just a basic fresh Italian tomato sauce. We took leftovers home. Prices were very reasonable.
