Alex is very knowledgeable, the food and wine were great! excellent views.
Fantastic vineyard. My husband and I were visiting the area and just happened to look up vineyards. They have delicious, flavorful wines in a laid back setting.
Great experience! Wines were very good. Our pourer was fun and knowledgeable even though he has only been there a few months!
Friendly and informative staff. Visited on a sunny Thursday and had a nice wine tasting and brief overview/history of the property. Try their chambourcin!
Our group of 6 visited were not welcomed when arriving and the associate working was not helpful or pleasant. The vineyard is beautiful and the cab was great but I can't say we will be returning.
Website says open till 5. Get to winery at 4:16. Winery closed. Nice little sign says "closed today at 4. Thanks for understanding". HOW ABOUT UPDATING YOUR WEBSITE to reflect this? Some people like us drove quite a while to taste your wines. Very unprofessional. Shame, looks lovely from the outside.
Wide range of wines with reasonable prices.
Their 2016 Odette and Viognier are delicious. The scenery is absolutely stunning. They are located just off i81 exit 279 in Edinburg Virginia.
Great spot for excellent award winning wines! Beautiful veranda where you can sip the wine of your choice.
This place was a huge disappointment. We walked in and asked for a tour, and the young lady said they were too busy - we were the only ones there! We asked for a cheese plate and they only allowed us to have one type of cheese. They also had no meat, which was very surprising. Customer service was terrible and the overall experience was dissatisfiying. I would not recommend this place at all!!!

Been a member for several years. Sydney and the team provide excellent service. Love going there.
Such a cute winery with a nice view of the mountains. Wines are decently good! Atmosphere is rustic.
I recently decided to try Shenandoah Vineyards for the first time since the new owners have purchased it.I have to say that I wasn't impressed. Mainly because of the lack of personality from the tasting room employee that served me. I was not greeted whatsoever. Not a Hello, How's it going or whatever. She just rudely asked if I knew what I wanted. I hadn't even seen a wine list at that point. I knew nothing about the Vineyard when I got there, and knew nothing of the vineyard when I left. The lady seemed like she didn't want to be there, and after dealing with her I have to say I didn't want to be there either. Got a glass of the the Reisling, which was fairly decent. After finishing my wine I quickly left and went to Cave Ridge. Glad to see that TC was still there, unfortunately she was busy.
My husband and I kind of consider ourselves wine snobs (snicker if you want, we laugh at ourselves all the time!). Been drinking wine for 5-10 years now and our taste has developed a lot. We usually can like anything ranging from a from dry to semi sweet. I had a HARD TIME choosing which wine I liked best (same for my husband). This place 10000% knows EXACTLY what they are doing in the wine business. We left with 6 bottles and I’m almost sad we didn’t get more. The outdoor upstairs patio is actually very quaint and charming. Very nice for a tasting. The bathroom was definitely dated and not the cleanest. The tasting room was okay but not necessarily an atmosphere I’d want to sit and do a tasting at. Definitely willing to look past these minor things for the amazing wine they have.
