My husband and I kind of consider ourselves wine snobs (snicker if you want, we laugh at ourselves all the time!). Been drinking wine for 5-10 years now and our taste has developed a lot. We usually can like anything ranging from a from dry to semi sweet. I had a HARD TIME choosing which wine I liked best (same for my husband). We had a very enjoyable Sunday afternoon on April 17. Hanna helped us with sampling the Pinot Gris, Cabernet Franc and the Sparkling Riesling - all excellent! We enjoyed learning about the history of this 45-year-old winery and it will become a routine stop on Rt. 81 as I travel by. It's just minutes off the highway. The wines will make worthy gifts to friends.
We stopped in to pick up some wine on our way to NY from Louisiana. I'm sad we didn't catch her name but the woman at the desk was so helpful and friendly! Not to mention - all of the wines were delicious!! This will definitely be a regular stop on our trips through.
