Please save yourself from this experience. Called in an order and they said thirty minutes. Granted I got there in 25, but proceeded to wait another thirty minutes while there. Get home ten minutes away and immediately have to put the fries and onion rings in the air fryer because they're limp. Their fish sandwich is disgusting. The philly cheese steak is more reminiscent of dog food. The burger was good, I would recommend it. The one waitress was rude from the start and made no apologies for the extra wait or offered a drink or anything. I recommend you continue to independence or back to Speedwell.

A great lil spot. Pancakes are huge and fluffy; and their omelets are top notch. Not looking for breakfast? The mushroom Swiss burger never disappoints, but the a hot dog with chili & slaw just can’t be beat. Add an order of their perfect onion rings, and you’re in diner food heaven. The coffee’s strong & hot — the tea, sweet & cold. The Diner’s a clean, bright, friendly lil place. Stop in next time you’re in our lovely valley.

Not just a diner but also a hub of the local community. Want to find out what’s going on in Elk Creek, this is the place! A one stop shop for all your needs, fuel, hair cut, shoot pool, sit down dining, meeting room, and obviously all your convenience store needs. Solid cold beer selection too! All with super friendly professional service.
Cheap food and no service. There was one (1) customer ahead of us, andit took 25 minutes to get an omlete and a pancake. We were told " it takes time to cook the veggies". Hope you arent in a rush.

This place has the absolute BEST burgers with the most fresh tomatoes I've had since my dad grew them growing up. The pies and those caramel apple cookies are phenomenal. I've lived in South Florida, Denver New York and am currently in Orlando but this place gave me that southern hospitality I'm use to from my home town in Tennessee. It was even nice to see some Grayson County deputies there that my husband had met on his ride along with Grayson County sheriff department and talk to them. Really can't wait to move here. Absolutely love this place. All the food is amazing and affordable as well

I'll be back to this little spot in the middle of heaven. It's how life was meant to be lived. Everyone are friends, everyone helps everyone, you don't drive past anyone who doesn't wave , and the little dinner is just a small town restaurant where everyone knows everyone.

I eat here often, and always enjoy my meals here. The staff are generally pleasant and the diner has a very homely feel to it. They do a good breakfast, and they also make delicious hamburgers and subs. I definitely recommend here if you're just looking for a quick and cheap bite to eat.

Cool place not something you’d expect out of a convenience store with Down to earth employees and a clean diner
