We got all of our food, except some cookies. They asked us if we needed sauces, no sauces were given to us. Then not only that, but their drink machine wasn't working, then gave me a 3/4 full large cup. Worse than McDonalds, embarrassing. They even had all of our fries cold, AND I got LIGHT ICE root beer, what do they do? They give me half of the cup full of ice which makes the 3/4 full root beer only 3 ounces of soda. disappointment.

Been to this location about 3 times now and each time the food was good and not a sloppy mess like other locations and I was very impressed with the service.

I am absolutely shaken by what just transpired. I ordered an Impossible Whopper, specifically requesting cheese and NO tomato—simple, right? But what did they do? They desecrated my plant-based meal by adding BACON. Yes, you read that correctly—BACON on an IMPOSSIBLE Whopper. The irony is almost too much to bear.
But wait, the chaos didn’t end there. Someone in my group ordered a Bacon King, and guess what? It did not come out as a Bacon King. I don’t even know what it was, but it certainly wasn’t what was promised.
This is beyond mere disappointment—this is culinary betrayal at its finest. If I could give this experience negative stars, I would. I am outraged, appalled, and utterly disheartened.

I ordered in the drive through right before work at 5pm, went to the window received my small drink and was told to pull around the side to wait for the rest. I waited 20 minutes only to find out the guy working gave my food to someone else, then nobody knew what I ordered to give me my money back. Unfortunately I had to leave for work. I paid a little over $16 for a small drink and nobody there cared.
No complaints on the food 8/4/24 But the guy that took our order was rude and then when we got to the window there were 4 employees up there goofing off instead of doing their jobs. We were the only car in the drive thru and the parking lot was nearly empty but for whatever reason we had to wait 15 minutes for our food, I had to ask where our second drink was, no receipt even though I asked for it. Oh and they didn't give us straws.

Food was good, but we had an encounter with a worker that was less that friendly. My father’s order was wrong, and when he let the worker know, she was very rude and acted as if he hadn’t ordered what he said. I am not one to complain, but he did nothing to deserve such ugliness, and I was very disappointed. My elderly grandparents live in Elkton, and I would hate to know that they are getting treated this way in a local establishment.
