I was on vacation in Massanutten and stopped by this Burger King for a quick snack, and I have to say Jeremy made the entire visit unforgettable! He greeted my friends and me so positively, went out of his way to tell us about the best deals, and even gave us crowns since we were visiting the area. His energy and kindness truly stood out, Jeremy was honestly the highlight of our trip! Burger King is lucky to have such an amazing and positive team member. It took 19 minutes to get through the drive-through on a Monday night with only two vehicles in front of me...I could have walked a mile to the nearest McDonald's and gotten served faster.

Ordered a large onion ring and got a large box with a small order of onion rings. Employees were very rude and Disrespectful My fiance was waiting on a 2nd order and heard the employees asking each other why was he still there and kept watching him . The chicken sandwich was not done it was half cooked.

We got all of our food, except some cookies. They asked us if we needed sauces, no sauces were given to us. Then not only that, but their drink machine wasn't working, then gave me a 3/4 full large cup. Worse than McDonalds, embarrassing. They even had all of our fries cold, AND I got LIGHT ICE root beer, what do they do? They give me half of the cup full of ice which makes the 3/4 full root beer only 3 ounces of soda. disappointment.
