Absolutely the worst. This one kid that works the register is super rude. He didn’t even talk to me at all when I went through the drive through. He just stuck his hand out the window for my card and that was it. This dude needs to be fired.

My fiancé came in this afternoon because last night we ordered the SpongeBob meals and they just weren’t what we paid for all the way around. Nicole the manager on duty today fixed it for us and made us fresh food that was exactly what we paid for! It was delicious and hot. Thank you Nicole for making it right, going beyond, and being so kind.

So done mobil order to pick up. For pick up at 6:40. Get there had to wait another 10 mins because they didn't complete half my order. Then was out of things ordered. And an employee cussing behind the dumpster on the phone. Yeah not a good experience with 6-7 people working.and on top of it 2 of the fries was stale. What is going on with this place anymore.

I was on vacation in Massanutten and stopped by this Burger King for a quick snack, and I have to say Jeremy made the entire visit unforgettable! He greeted my friends and me so positively, went out of his way to tell us about the best deals, and even gave us crowns since we were visiting the area. His energy and kindness truly stood out, Jeremy was honestly the highlight of our trip! Burger King is lucky to have such an amazing and positive team member. Thank you for making our experience so great!

It took 19 minutes to get through the drive-through on a Monday night with only two vehicles in front of me...I could have walked a mile to the nearest McDonald's and gotten served faster.

Ordered a large onion ring and got a large box with a small order of onion rings. Employees were very rude and Disrespectful My fiance was waiting on a 2nd order and heard the employees asking each other why was he still there and kept watching him . The chicken sandwich was not done it was half cooked.
