I was very upset with the service and food this trip. We have supported Mike since his very 1st location. Saturday when we went I was so upset I didn't leave a tip and this is only the second time I've never left a tip at a place. Started off right out of the gate with the drinks being wrong and the waitress thought that was funny. One she didn't want to be there because she had a yard sale that morning and didn't want to come to work. Then I asked for our salad to be brought out then our wings and fries. Well the fries were brought out 1st. I was pissed at this point. Finally the salad was brought out then the wings. I asked for wings and fries to be taken back because I had asked for the salad first. Then they were ugly asking is it okay to bring your wings and fries now. I said yes and they brought out the wings and fries that they original brought out when they said they would make fresh. They were cold. I have always enjoyed eating here but I think I'll stay away like I had to one other time years ago. We stopped going for years because of and employee and her rudeness. Guess time to give them another break. Sad because we know Mike has no clue of these things that go on.

We stopped in after a long day of hiking and were not disappointed. I ordered the lasagna and it was hands down the best lasagna I have had in years. It was also not absurdly overpriced like most Italian restaurants. Highly recommend!

We were a party of seven consisting of 3 adults and 4 kids. They sat us right away. The waitress was very attentive and all smiles. We placed our order and got our appetizers in about five minutes and our drinks came right away. They refilled drinks and we never had an empty cup. We ordered winnings, fried mushrooms, Caesar salad small, and bread. They were all fresh, hot, and great. Pizza was very good and seemed like all fresh ingredients. We got two large and had some leftovers for the next day. Prices were reasonable and was totaled at $120 so less than $17 per person and we had leftovers. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will return next time we stay at out condo at MASSANUTTEN.

I highly recommend going to this well-run Italian restaurant between Massanutten and Elkton on Route 33. Excellent food, generous portions, reasonably priced, attentive service, adequate beverage options, and a nice variety of food options. Our party of 5 was seated immediately, and Brian was excellent and very attentive (and very engaging). It's a nice treat to go somewhere where everything is so good!
This is the only place I can think of that actually has toppings THROUGHOUT a stromboli. Most places the end pieces are just dough and a little bit of cheese if you're lucky, not here. I recommend them for that reason alone.

Our party of 13 called ahead and made a reservation- we were seated immediately and given bread; drink orders were taken promptly. Our server Jude was one of the best, most attentive servers I’ve ever had— he remembered everything, anticipated our needs, and was polite and personable.
The pizza, calzones, pasta, salads, and other food we got were all piping hot and packed with flavor. Food came out quickly, drinks were constantly refilled: 10/10!

Our group of 7 went for dinner on Friday around 7 pm. Our young server was lovely and polite. She was not overly attentive but I have a feeling it was because of the extremely incredulous manager. The manager’s attitude toward us was absolutely uncalled for. Later in the evening the ceiling started to leak onto our food and table. Again, the manager’s default attitude was that we were lying or being unreasonable. Ultimately, the ruined dinner was replaced and a 15% discount was applied to the bill. However, her attitude from the minute We walked in the door was absolutely uncalled for. I would not recommend Ciro’s for a group or a celebration dinner especially. The food was ok, nothing extraordinary and the service was basic.

Always Outstanding! We’ve been coming to Ciro’s for years, and it’s consistently amazing. The food is authentic and delicious, the staff are warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere feels like home. A true local treasure!
