We stopped on our way back home after a full day of swimming and a big event. The cashier was absolutely pleasant and engaging. It was a great experience. We had a pretty intense order and everything was great.

Staff does not acknowledge you are there, no smiles, no hellos, no thank yous, nothing. And there are always 3 or 4 of them standing around. However, the food is made quickly and is pretty good!

Truthfully an amazing restaurant to visit, I’ve eaten inside and used the drive through and all of my experiences have been extraordinary. They are truly held together by their amazing supervisor Claudia Rodriguez. She is an amazing employee who does an outstanding job!

This place is an absolute disgrace. The people they hire are rude and disrespectful. Food is almost always cold and it takes an insane amount of time to get through the drive through. If you complain to management they don’t do anything about it.

So done a mobil order at 3:50. Got email food would be ready at 4:04. No biggie we get there at 4:06. Food had no been made. Had to wait. Finally got food at 4:18. Horrible service food was thrown on container no sorry no thanks come again nothing. Service use to be better at this location, but has really went down hill lately. Hope they soon get a crew or managers that can turn it around and run it like it should be ran.

Who was in the kitchen this evening? Drive thru....ordered a large sweet tea no ice. Gave us tea with ice. Handed it back. Ordered 4 piece chicken with onion rings instead of fries. Ordered 6 piece chicken with cheese curds instead. No cheese. Had to hand it back. Got home and discovered that neither meal had the toast. I understand a simple mistake. But not this many mistakes in one order.

They acted like they were mad at the world and everyone around them!! Come on kids we all have to work!! Please put a smile on your face and greet the customers, we are all in this together and you guys can make a difference!!

I specifically asked for light syrup (so it wouldn't be messy) and they poured it on to where it oozed out the sides and spilled on me in my car... hopefully those teenagers get better management... Flavor good, presentation horrible
